Let's be honest, no one looks forward to a dentist appointment, however, I have to say I've always found great Doctors & Nurses in this practice, I've been treated with kindness and respect and received great quality care both on the NHS and private appointments. Every staff member I've encountered has been fantastic. Highly recommend.
Had really bad wisdom tooth pain, got an appointment for the next day at 9am. Was seen an had the tooth extracted on the same day. Really reassuring from the dentist an was quick with minimal discomfort
Short notice for cancelling the appointment. Next available in a month. Instead of being prioritised, there was this uncaring voice at the phone saying that the doctor called sick and that’s it. Not even try to find a compromise for this inconvenience. I bet she has to repeat this all day long as I think I wasn’t the only patient booked for that day. Honestly I’m already looking for a better practice
Really pleased with consultation today with Dr Uthman Hamid. He was extremely friendly and explained the process of referrals, went through my current concerns, explained my X-rays and potential treatments thoroughly. I felt no pressure to make any decisions today and he encouraged me to consider the options and make an appointment when ready. I would definitely recommend this practice.
We had an appointment for 2pm, we got there at 1:35pm and I think it was their lunch time, it was raining and I had a toddler with me but they turned me out and said they are closed till 2pm. I explained I had my toddler and it is raining and she still turned me away. It is such a shame. The service might be great but their customer service is very poor
I've been with this practise for about 5 years and have always found them brilliant for everything from checkups to crowns. Dentists are always really patient, receptionists are lovely (especially Sylvia!) and they've always gone out of their way to fit me in at short notice when I've needed an emergency appointment. Really thankful that I'm registered with such a good practise!
I recently attended for an emergency appointment having not seen a dentist for over 4 years and having had a phobia since childhood and suffering from PTSD. I cannot fault my experience there, from the lovely ladies on reception, to Amy the dentist and her assistants, the level of care, compassion and understanding of my needs has been exceptional. I am now registered with her and have been speedily referred to an oral surgeon for some of the work and we have a plan to move forward and sort the rest of my teeth too! My phobia is far from cured but this is the first positive experience with a dentist in a long time, hence the review!
Laura is by far the best dentist I've ever had; she is very attentive to detail, and listens to what I as a patient have to say about my teeth. She is also friendly, and explains everything fully so that it makes sense to me. An excellent professional.
Great all-round experience. Managed to get an urgent appointment relatively quickly, when I arrived I found the staff really put you at ease and are easy to talk to. The dentist listened to my issue, did a general check up and gave me a prescription for treatment and a follow up appointment to fix the root problem. They managed to make the treatment cheaper than I had anticipated and my follow up is sooner than I expected. Generally great service.
