   + Very comfortable aligners + Clear instructions + A lot more affordable that other options out there. - I had to pay for the impressions to be returned because the prepaid stamps weren't enough, customer service didn't offer gesture of a refund. - It says you can buy a set of retainers after your treatment for £80 but I've since learnt that 'set' means one arch. It's £120 for both arches. The word 'set' is misleading. - I've since found a company that do this all for cheaper and you get teeth whitening and retainers included. Overall I'm glad I purchased, but I'm unsure whether I'd use this company again or recommend to friends.

   Avoid avoid avoid. Very rude staff including managers. Was nice until I started to question why all the money had to be paid upfront. Not possible to view the quality of the aligners at all before they are ordered and made for you. I simply tried to explain that I felt uneasy paying all the money upfront without knowing anything about the company and also the fact there’s no reviews of them anywhere. When questioned they asked me to take my business elsewhere. And to be frank I’d be more than happy to pay the higher price at smile direct club where the service have been excellent and they do a free scan and show you the actual product before you commit to anything.
