   It’s been years since I haven’t been to the dentist for a check up, i was a bit nervous going there but everything went alright. The staff was nice to talk to but the queue, however, was quite a long wait since there were many patients.

   Missed two appointments, one I was genuinely sick and got mixed up with the dates so I missed it. The other I made after receiving a letter from them threatening to take my name off their register if I don’t make an appointment within a certain period of time (make it make sense, I pay partly for my dental treatments so it’s not always affordable to go) anyways I made the appointment, finished the call thinking I will get a message confirmation. It was literally 2-3 mins before they close so didn’t want to keep them on the phone for long. Never received a text or letter. So I assumed it wasn’t set up. I got a letter a few weeks later saying I’ve missed two appointments and no longer a patient there. I asked them for the recording of the phone call as they confirmed they do in fact record the calls. Never received it as of yet. They seemed to be smug when telling me ‘oh but we called the day before’ like that helped anyone ever! And I wasn’t given time to find another dentist. So now that I genuinely need the dentist I’m not signed up with any. The behaviour is outrageous considering this is dentists that are paid for by our taxes. I was working two jobs at the time, so money very badly spent hence the 1 star review.

   I’ve always had a great experience at Brooks Bar Dental Practice. The receptionist is super friendly and helpful, always giving me a reminder call the day before my appointment. Dr. Leena Hamed is an excellent dentist—skilled, professional, and really puts you at ease. The dental nurses are great too, always friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

   Absolutely useless in an emergency. Have been calling from 8.58am to 9.07 only to be told there's no emergency appointments left and to call tomorrow. How is this possible when I was one of the first callers!!

   Had a regular check up. Dentist friendly. Appointment was very quick and efficient. Receptionist was also friendly. Place was clean, looks newly painted. Very happy with my visit.
