The staff have been consistently professional, attentive, and supportive throughout my treatment, making what could have been a stressful experience feel reassuring and comfortable. A very special mention goes to Dr. *** the Nigerian dentist who has looked after me with such skill and compassion. Her gentle approach, patience, and dedication truly stood out. She explained everything clearly, made me feel at ease, and carried out my treatment with excellence. God bless her soul for the wonderful job she has done—I am deeply grateful. It is rare to find a dental practice where you feel both cared for and valued as a person, but Parsonage Dental Practice has achieved exactly that. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking not only high-quality dental care but also a team that genuinely puts patients first.

   Everyone is super lovely, literally everyone! I'm very used to receptionists being unfriendly and dentists judging me for having Turkey teeth so this Dental practice is a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work guys :)

   They are the best dentists I’ve had in a long time, everyone is always kind relaxed polite and professional. They are so patient with kids it’s absolutely fantastic. They have made coming to the dentist a delight for my toddler and they are so friendly with my baby. The dentist actively is trying to build a trusting relationship with young children as opposed to trauma and I truly believe this has helped my kids so much. She is brilliantly non judgemental and understanding. The treatment has been proactive and very competent. I would highly recommend this practice especially to anyone with young children.

   One of the best NHS dentist I’ve see in a long time. The dentists were professional, skilled and kind. I’ve had some terrible experiences with NHS dentists over the past few years and it’s been a relief to see a competent dentist whilst visiting this practice whole i could trust. The reception staff are efficient and knowledgable too.

   I think everyone has a right to know and this is not fair The worst doctor I saw carelessly damaged my friend's tooth while working and her other tooth broke !!! my friend she was in a lot of pain and when we asked her for help, she did not care at all, I think the doctor has a duty to be calm and responsible when she hurts someone, but she did not pay attention to her , It was the right of the people that they need to know,

   Dangerous!!!!! This dentist is unprofessional, i went there for root canal , she broke my tooth and tried to remove my tooth although i was unhappy with remove, she can’t even remove, and she told me go home and she was supposed to refer me to hospital for remove. When i came home , i saw in the mirror , and i saw that she also broke my side tooth, after that i came back and showed her the tooth that she had broken and i asked appointment for fill it but she kicked me out and threatened that if I insisted on appointment , she would not send me to the hospital, nor would she repair a tooth that she had broken. I called her next day for refer to hospital and repair her fault but she told me I don’t do both. She don’t have any Humanity . The first she would approached you with kindness, but if something goes wrong, she has irresponsible and extremely bad behavior. My English wasn’t perfect bu I tried to explain for other. I hope No alone girl like me has this experience. I mention that I didn’t choice this dentist and the dental emergency service referred me to this dentist. She is not really dentist and she was the worst dentist I have ever seen.

   Sweetest most gentle dentist ever. Complete opposite of dentists who suggest procedures just to make money, they will only do absolutely necessary work when it needs doing. Friendly, caring and helpful from the lovely receptionist onwards it's the closest you can get to 'enjoying' a trip to the dentist.
