As a very reluctant patient who is nervous of dental visits, I never expected to leave this review. The staff are wonderful and I feel that I am in control ( important to me). At the age of 66, I had worn my teeth down. Not a pretty sight! I was gently guided to a course of “composite bonding”. After three painless appointments, I can smile again. The financial cost has been reasonable. The benefits immeasurable. My self confidence has been restored. I cannot emphasise how good the staff are. My treatment has been faultless and empathetic. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I had an emergency dental issue and contacted Dental Touch Clinic, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. From the first phone call, the staff were absolutely lovely: friendly, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Kelly and Amina, who initially booked me in for the next day but didn’t miss a beat when a cancellation came up, they called me immediately and got me in the same day. Absolute stars! I was treated by Dr. Vinay, who was calm, professional, and clearly highly skilled. He was supported by the friendliest nursing team, Veronica and Chloe, who made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Their teamwork and attention to detail were top-notch. The clinic itself is spotless, with state-of-the-art equipment and clearly very high standards for health and safety. I felt in safe, capable hands from start to finish. Prior to the Covid Lockdown I began treatment with the 6 month smile procedure. Latika and Jane were very friendly and accomodating and put me at ease every month for my checkups. As it turned out I had braces on my teeth for over a year due to the lockdown but at the finish I was so happy with the results and have recommended Dental Touch to anyone who wishes to have a straighter smile! Very friendly and professional dental practice. I recently finished an Invisalign lite plan, had teeth whitening and 2 composite fillings replaced and I am very happy with the results. I originally rang round a few practices around central Bristol (my original dentist didn’t do orthodontics) to get a price for the work and compared with the highest quote I received this practice came out at about £1k cheaper but overall the quality and service wasn’t impacted despite being cheaper.
I have been going to The Dental Touch for a great many years. Latika, the dentist is gentle, brilliant with those with nerves and very understanding with a bright and bubbly personality. Also Jane the dental nurse is lovely too and Kelly the office manager. In fact everyone at the practice is amazing. I have recently moved to Dorset but this practice are so good that I travel back specifically so I can continue to use them. I wouldn’t change dentists for the world.
I did the Invisalign with dental touch and I couldn’t be happier. Vin was amazing, so attentive and made sure I understood the whole process as well as that I was comfortable with any treatments needed. My smile has been reformed, and I decided that they’re such a great practice- I signed up to their practice plan.
