I was treated by Dr Winship he was excellent friendly polite and explained everything he was doing cant thank him enough for the work he did the nurses were also excellent, and the receptionist were the best I've ever dealt with just a massive thank you to everyone who works there if you're looking for a dentist this is the one
Had a new set of top dentures fitted by Sarah Navaratnarajah, totally painless experience from start to finish by a very nice lady and her assistant, would highly recommend the dentist and there very nice staff. Would highly recommend anyone with dental problems to visit them. A very happy patient.
Great service! highly recommended Dr Sandra, she is very calming for nervous patients like myself and partner, she makes you feel at ease. She also treats my children and even on a check up if something needs sorting with my daughter she always tends to it. Lovely Dentist and assistant!
Doctors are very nice. Reception stuff is abysmal! Trying to get to them for the past 30 min as was sent an email asking to book an appointment for my daughter. Someone picked the phone and hung up! Then nothing for the past 15 min. If just keeps saying 'your call is very important to us', clearly not if you are not bothered to pick a phone up. What is the purpose of your job and you being there?
I have been going to this dentist as a kid, I should've gone alot more than I should however that's just sods law and I should've kept on top of it. The dentist's here are always efficient and when there's a cancellation they'll text you right away. Would've been 5 but I've been to another dentist recently and their services were better in comparison. I would suggest more detailed briefings to patients but only a slight bit of feedback. Overall, I don't understand the notierity this practice receives, it's NHS working on a demand not private.
they dentist is horrible we moved last week i had surgery one time and they injected me and i had to wait 30 mins but the desntist took more people while i wated so i had to wait an hour and a half to get 1 tooth removed
I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW REGARDING A VERY BEAUTIFUL AND POLITE YOUNG LADY CALLED MAYGAN SHE IS A DENTAL NURSE AND ALSO WORKS ON THE RECEPTION. I MET MAYGAN ON THE RECEPTION DESK. MAYGAN WAS VERY POLITE PLEASANT AND VERY VERY HELPFUL. WHEN YOU ARE A VERY NERVOUS PERSON THIS YOUNG LADY MAKES YOU VERY CALM. AND MAYGAN TAKES HER TIME WITH YOU IF YOU NEED ANYHELP OR SUPPORT. THANK YOU SO MUCH MAYGAN. AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
Receptionist are not doing their job properly why because I have been there face to face to book for an appointment and they have said to me to ring their phone number to book for an appointment and yet they are not busy at that time, they're doing nothing and when I tried to ring them 4x they are not answering the phone. What kind of staff are they? They are being paid well but they are not doing their job properly. Very bad experience I ever had.
I like most people hate the dentist, the receptionists here have always been polite and helpful here. The place is always clean. The only dentist from this practice I trust with my teeth is Will, the rest (in my opinion) have butchered my teeth and given me bad anxiety about dentists. All my family see Will (apart from my Son who is hoping to change to him on his next appointment) Will is kind, patient and always explains what to expect, he also settles my anxiety,
