Not sure how this dentist is open, appointments always get cancelled, dental nurse/manager Monica very very rude tells you everything she has going on in her life to justify her bad manner and Steve won’t do work or look at ways at fixing your problem he will just advised to get the tooth taken out. Move dentist you won’t regret it
How this dentist is open I do not know staff are never in constantly cancelling appointments and Monika the dental nurse is the most rudest unprofessional women ever! we haven’t seen eye to eye for a while since she had zero empathy about a child being in pain and snatched paper work out of my hands which I went to the cqc about, but now because I haven’t been for two years I’m no longer a patient but booked me appointment in august when this call was made in June I have been to the out of hours twice since this and now cancelled for September so obviously wasn’t the best pleased about it and when ringing to see if there was anything we can do Monika basically just being Monika was rude and abrupt told me to go out of hours again so I lost my temper and swore at her because this women is something else and she then rang me back to advised id no longer be a patient…not a problem Monika how anyone can tolerate this women is beyond me and such a shame because the other receptionist is lovely and it’s a dentist me and my whole family have come too since I was a little girl.

I used to be very nervous about visiting the dentist, but my experience at Langworthy Dental Practice completely changed my perspective. Dr. Meagher was incredibly calm and understanding, taking the time to explain each step of the process both before and after the treatment. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly exceptional. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable throughout the appointment. Additionally, the dental assistant was also very polite and professional, adding to the overall positive experience. I have been going to Langworthy Dental Practice since they very first opened, I think about 15 years ago now. They are without doubt the most professional dentists I've ever been to and I would't dream of changing them. Dr Holland's work has been exemplary and despite being somewhat anxious always makes me feel relaxed and any treatment I've required has always been completely pain free. The receptionists are very helpful with appointments, friendly and chatty while remaining completely professional. I cannot recommend Langworthy Dental Practice highly enough
New to the dental surgery but I’ve visited twice. So far I’m really pleased, receptionist is lovely and chatty. Dentist explained everything he is doing and it’s the first dentist I’ve been to where they have numbed me correctly and even explained what I should do if I feel pain, really put me at ease and I didn’t feel a thing! I tend to be anxious of the dentist but the staff here are fabulous and really care about answering your questions and making you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend
Rang in and couldn’t get through When I got a call back the lady answered with, “hi, hi, hi… it’s the dentist” as if I’d knew who she was or what dentist. She wouldn’t let me finish my sentence, was rude and simply unhelpful to my needs. Spoke to me like I was stupid, Felt uncalled for and For that reason purely wouldn’t go anywhere near the place! Massively unprofessional and honestly laughable.
Be going for years I wouldn't change my Dentist for no one. Always feel comfortable. . They treat you with respect.
Had a filling done today and felt zero pain and discomfort. very very professional understanding of my anxiety condition. absolutely wonderful staff too.
