   My experience was very good. All the staff at Windsor Dental are helpful, poitive and were very mindful of and responsive to this patient's concerns. It's as good now as when Mr. Singh was there and Mr Singh was excellent!

   Seen very quickly by the dentist who was very kind and made me feel relaxed, i felt comfortable with she explained every thing to me treated me well. Seen Rachel today the hygienist who as well made me feel comfortable explained all parts of treatment felt very at ease with both of them could not fault either one was not rushed happy with the treatment I received.

   I recently had a filling done by Dr. Farhan and Nurse Maddison, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Both were incredibly professional and kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the appointment. They created a calm and relaxed atmosphere, which really helped ease any nerves I had. I’m so grateful for their gentle and reassuring approach—highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

   I visited to enquire about my mum’s sore tooth. On Friday, we were told a check-up would be £59. When we returned on Monday, we were told that to remove the pain the same day it would be £131, which we paid. The actual appointment lasted about 10 minutes, including a periapical X-ray. We were given three options; under time pressure we chose antibiotics. The dentist said we could to extract the tooth here paying £80 more or take our time and think if we want to do the extraction via the NHS (without clarifying that if we went back to WINDSOR to do the extraction we would have to pay £131 again). Within five minutes of leaving, we changed our mind and went straight back to proceed with the extraction and pay the extra £80. The receptionist spoke to the dentist and told us we would have to pay the entire £131 again, plus £80. I find this policy unreasonable and unfair. The practice had already done the X-ray and seen the tooth; asking for the full fee again to proceed moments later feels like a cash-grab rather than patient care. I would not recommend this practice. Patients deserve transparent, fair pricing and basic flexibility, especially when returning within minutes to proceed with treatment. If I could I would rate this place with -5 stars. RIDICULOUS!!!

   I’ve been a patient of Windsor Dental for over 50 years, recently I’ve received totally pain free specialist treatment trying to save a rather complex tooth, unfortunately this has failed and now needs to be removed. Today totally to my surprise I’ve received a phone call telling me that I am to be refunded 1/2 the amount of the cost of the above treatment. Thank you very much Windsor Dental you have really made my week, keep up the good work. Merry Christmas and best wishes to you all for the New Year

   I recently had three fillings and an extraction with the surgery. These appointments were on 21/10/22 & 31/10/22 both at 11:20am. I wanted to pass on what a positive experience I had. I say this, as I avoided the dentist for over 10 years following a long standing phobia. However, the dentist (who I believe was called Elizabeth) and her assistant were both absolutely fantastic with me. Both were so kind, caring, patient and spent time explaining every singe step of the procedures in an effort to alleviate my anxieties. I can honestly say, the outstanding treatment I had under the care of these two clinicians has dramatically reduced my fear of further dental work. Should I need any more dental treatment again in the future, l would not hesitate to book again. Both clinicians are a credit to surgery.
