   Just had a routine check up today with a new dentist called Kathryn. She gave very good advice on how to keep my gums healthy and how to maintain good oral hygiene. I am interested in having my teeth straightened and Kathryn was very helpful in explaining the procedure and whether or not this may or may not be suitable for my teeth.Very happy.

   Absolutely first class. Visited the practice today, for the first time, because my previous dental practice is no longer offering routine dental care. My initial check-up by the dentist Dr Shane McLarnon was most efficient. The dentist managed to identify a potential problem concerning one tooth (a very slight hair crack), which two previous dentists had failed to identify. The receptionists were also most helpful in arranging future appointments etc. Thoroughly recommended.

   After a few years of avoiding the dentist through fear I plucked up the courage to go. Dr Shane and his dental nurses couldn’t have been kinder, constantly reassuring me and checking I was ok and not making me feel silly for not having attended sooner. I’ve been treated by Dr Moheen today for root canal treatment and it was a really great service, Dr Moheen and his dental nurse were very kind without being patronising at all and I was made to feel very comfortable whilst he took time to explain the procedures so I knew what to expect. A fabulous service thank you.

   I was in absolute agony and was struggling to get an appointment anywhere and Crescent dental care got me booked in on very short notice on the same day. The receptionist I spoke to on the 6th was so kind and empathic, and got me booked straight away. On the 8th again, they were closed to patients but the receptionist still made room for me again, on very short notice. Doctor Fletcher was very patient with my constant nagging and explained everything to me in detail both days. At a time like when its so hard to get an appointment anywhere, its nice to see that some services like Crescent dental care actually go above and beyond to help you.

   Avoid this practice. Misleading on fees and procedures. They are out for what they can get. Very disappointing experience.
