   Moved to this practice a couple of years ago after my previous dentist went private. I usually see Bernice who is lovely but after being in pain for 4 days and feeling exhausted after barely any sleep, I was fitted in as an emergency today (Monday 10th Nova ) I am an extremely anxious patient after a childhood trauma. Cheryl on reception was amazing on seeing my anxiety/distress and added me to every dentists list so that I could be seen as quickly as possible. Margaret was a great comfort in talking me through everything. I ended up seeing Rupert who was very thorough in his check of the problem area, x-ray taken and an infection in one of my teeth confirmed. Rupert prescribed some antibiotics to stop my pain and booked me in for the necessary treatment for my tooth. I can’t thank them all enough for their kindness and compassion. Excellent service all round. Thank you!

   What a fantastic practice! I am an NHS patient but have also had Invisalign and implants privately. All the staff are great, appointments are always on time and the prices are explained clearly. Rupert has really gone out of his way to ensure my treatment was carried out to the highest standard and to fit my schedule. Thanks to the whole team!
