Visited 9 a.m. on a Saturday. Probably 6 members of staff available. Really good service. Great selection of footwear. Good choice of larger shoes - size 13 for me, but some size 14 also available. Drove 40 minutes to get here as large sizes not available where I live. Bought two pairs and will be back again.
I visited Humphries today after a friend recommended them for their amazing customer service, and I’m so glad I did. The staff were so welcoming and friendly—we were greeted straight away, and everyone was kind and helpful. I had my daughter’s feet measured for the very first time and bought her first pair of shoes. The lovely lady who helped us made my daughter feel so comfortable and was so patient while she tried them on. I wanted our first shoe-shopping experience to feel special, and it really was. We even left with a cute little bag and a sweet photo of her in her very first shoes. Thank you so much—you honestly made today such a memorable moment for us :)
First class service, easy online ordering, great communication and delivery details, speedy delivery. Just like using an old pair of slippers but in this case a brand new pair! Recommended.
Great little shoe shop, particularly for kids shoes, including Clarks. They have an impressive selection given the size of the store and always have a number of end of line items on sale. The website is also pretty good and allows in-store collection. Just one (negative) note, that cost them a perfect score - like a few of the store in the Kingfisher Centre, they close about 10-15 minutes earlier than their advertised time. I went into town at the weekend to find some shoes, and decided the best I'd seen we're at Humphries only to return and find the shutter already down. Sadly I ended up having to buy elsewhere online when I would have been happy to support a local business.
Thank you so much to Jacob who served us a few weekends ago. Our daughter has additional needs and I was dreading the shoe shop! But Jacob made it so fun for her, telling her all about his families dogs and making her laugh. He really made our shoe shop an easy experience! He is a polite, helpful young man and a real credit to the company, thank you!
Very pleased with our first trip to Humphries Shoes. I think it will be the first trip of many - we bought our little girl her first pair of shoes here and the staff were great, even took a nice photo for us to remember the occasion! Highly recommended, thank you :-)
My mom took me here when I was a child, and I now bring my daughter. They are fantastic with my little girl and I always get her shoes from here. They do occasionally have decent sales on. I did have an issue once when my daughter didn't seem to be walking correctly in her new shoes, took her back and they remeasured her a week after and they kindly swapped the shoes as they were incorrect, can't knock them for resolving the problem. I love that they offered to take a photo of my little girl when we got her first shoes from here and put it in a cute frame for us to keep.
Just been to this store at Redditch with my husband to get some good quality shoes. Excellent service from Les who could not have been more helpful. He knows everything there is to know about the shoes that he sells and how to lace them properly!. First class products and first class service. We will definately go back there. Thank you Les.
This is a small but mighty store with loads of choice. I wanted some new work shoes and a lovely lady helped me find the ones - some red Skechers. I was served by a lovely lady. She tried so hard, had patience, was polite, cheery, easy to talk to and she went above and beyond for me and my friend. Thank you humphries and the helpful blonde lady.
