Been to see Irfan today and over the moon with my new veneer. Irfan is always very friendly and professional and makes my dental experience stress free. It's took a while but that's the labs fault. The girls on reception are always pleasant and polite. Overall very happy

I had a great experience during my recent dental check-up with Dr. Rubab. She was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The receptionists were also very welcoming and friendly. It was a quick and comfortable visit.
Highly recommend this dental practice. The staff on Reception are polite and friendly. The dentist I see, Irfan, is excellent. He explains everything clearly, checks in on you regularly during your treatment and is very professional. His work is of a high standard and I have always had a positive experience.
Really nice staff on reception and some have been there for many years. I didn’t think I would have the same confidence in a new dentist when Mr Sylvestri left but my new dentist has given my the same level of care and professionalism. I would recommend the Colegiate Dental Practice to everyone.
Did not get any notification from them to say if we do not revisit them every 6 months or so, we would be struck off as a registered patient from their practise.. They used to send a letter, message or email previously when check up was due. They did this to two members of my family members but with me, i had to cancel an appointment and rang them several times to inform them but phone line was constantly engaged up to closing time. I even showed them my phone calls when I went in the next day to explain but they were not interested and struck me off.
I would like to thank my Dentist Sana Javed for making my tooth extraction simple and easy and for putting me at ease!! I suffer with anxiety and she put my mind at ease and my tooth was out within seconds!!! She was amazing The ladies in reception are always friendly and helpful. Great service and friendly staff!!
I made an appointment for my child. with the dentist back in April. Twice 2 hours before an appointment, they send messages that the appointment is cancelled. And they answer that the dentist didn’t come to work. Why such a dentist who makes appointments, but he is constantly absent. I called back and wanted to make an appointment for the third time, but they said that I had to wait 2 months. I refused such services. I see no reason to make an appointment, then wait again, but 2 hours before an appointment they will send a message that an appointment is cancelled.Disgusting,unreliable, unprofessional.
My mother had been with this dentist for over 20 years. Recently she tried booking an appointment but was told she had been taken off the list?? Their reason was she hadn't attended the dentist in 2 years. Funny thing is when she tried making an appointment last year she was told she could not be seen because of covid, and they were only accepting emergency appointments. Now who's fault is this? I'm sure my mother is not the only one who this has happened with. I hope the management looks into this. I'm very disappointed.
Totally incompetent. THIS PRACTISE IS FULL OF EXCUSES. I have been with this practise for over 23 years. It has gone rapidly down hill since the originally owner Mr. Sommerville retired a few years ago. I booked my appoint 6 weeks in advance. this morning I get a text 1 hour before appointment that they are having to cancel my appointment. Reason staff shortage. I took planned and told my work and boss that I will need all day off for the appointment. They have no back up or contingency if one staff goes off sick or unable to come in . Badly managed practise. When i rang up receptionist just give me excuses, was not really concerned how i am feeling or how i would be without seeing the dentist. I have to know get another appoint , which means I lose another day of pay and off work because of their incompetence. Sorry 1 * is too high for you.
