    Don't go to the emergency dentist here. I told him about my toothache and he went on about a different tooth and what was needing to be done on that instead of the one I'm suffering from. I called later asking to speak to him as I felt he didn't cover my actual issue and could do a temp filling. The guy just said to call 111 again. No help at all and that dental seat was dirty EDIT - they just responded to my review saying they focused on the specific tooth. They focused on the other tooth not the one I was in pain from!

    Arrived 10 minutes early but was wrongly advised I was 20 minute late. Then advised I couldn't rebook as I'm deregistered No help. Shame as the dentist themselves was good. Communication just poor.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unless you want rude customer service and complete lack of organisation then this is the dentists for you. The receptionist attitude and lack of empathy when I missed an appointment for my son due to his mother being seriously ill in hospital makes RyanAir seem compassionate. Dirty and unhygienic waiting area. Complete disorganisation regarding scheduling appointments. plenty of other good NHS dentists nearby. EDIT: in response the surgery reply - yes his mum was seriously ill with a blood clot in hospital for the first missed appointment. - the second time my son was I’ll himself and we rang up in advance and told not to come. - not sure you should be revealing patient status of a minor on google reviews. Seems like a GDPR violation

    Really lovely staff, I have a big fear of the dentist and they took the time to talk me through what was happening and made me feel as comfortable as I could be. The recipient's had a really lovely friendly demeanor. For someone who never wants to go to a dentist ever again I would consider going back to this practice.
