My sister and I were seeking out shoes for our elderly frail Mother, who is very difficult to fit for shoes.Both Amelia and the Manager showed patience and support with trying endless styles and sizes .    Nice shop with plenty of choices for everyone. Staff are helpful and friendly. The problem with have with Sketchers is they don't do many all leather trainers. There great if your going abroad but in the wet UK they can cause some problems even If they are extremely comfortable.

   The lady who served my husband was very knowledgeable, she understood his need for arch support and explained which shoes would work for him. She knew her stock, just by looking at the the pairs he chose to try on she found them in the back, didn't need to take them with her to match them. The store was clean, tidy and really well laid out. He was so impressed that my husband has said he now won't go anywhere else, no loud obnoxious music and no groups of kids like many sports shops.

   Never have i been so disgusted with the rudeness of staff. I use this branch regularly and cannot fault them at all. But on my recent visit to the store i found one member of staff to be very rude. I have made a complaint to head office but have not heard anything back. The member in question had long dark hair and had an accent. Not only was she rude to me she was rude to other staff members. Think you need to think over the choices of staff you take on or at least make sure they have been trained in how to speak to customers. I will not be using your branch again that's for sure
