   Been with this dental surgery for 35 years now. Firstly when Mr Mok had it and now Mustafa. They have never ever let me down in all those years This morning I was in terrible pain with a cracked tooth, within an hour of phoning , I was in the chair and the tooth was removed. I'm so grateful for this dentist and all the lovely ladies that work there Thankyou.

   Seems the dentist can cancel my appointments right until last minute !? Then i cant see him for monthsbecause he is on holiday ? .. today i woke with raging toothache try to make an urgent appointment...the receptionist then accuses me of failing to attend an appointment 5 months ago (i cancelled, due to illness) the receptionist seems to think she is some form of security guard, she keeps reiterating 'policy' which in this case doesn't apply as I cancelled (2 days prior) I used their system of choosing cancelled within their text to me ? After this review I am contacting the dental authority to deal with this shocking treatment. The receptionist has no awareness of people or how much pain they can be in Yet ...

   I would give a 0 if I could!! This dentist has got to be the worst dentist I’ve ever come across!! The receptionist is rude and doesn’t care when you explain you’re in pain. The dentists solution to everything is just use special tooth paste. I have had bother with a tooth for two years and he has just fobbed me off every time. Untill the last 8 weeks I’ve been in agony he said there was nothing wrong with the tooth. Cancelled my appointment a day before for a root canal. I booked pan appointment with a new dentist and I need 6 fillings and the tooth he was going to do a root canal on had an infection when he said on X-ray the tooth was fine. Don’t know how he has a licence tbh just don’t want anyone else to go through pain and bad care!

   I must be the most nervous patient ever! I hadn't been to a dentist for years, although I do look after my teeth I had problems and definitely needed to see a dentist! After three visits I am now sorted and will continue to keep going regularly, absolutely amazing care by the whole practice! Thank you so much!

   Brilliant dentist and staff. We called up in an emergency and within an hour we had an appointment. My boyfriend was in the worst pain imagined and the dentist went above and beyond for him. We had to make several trips to and from to try and release the pain. The dentist was very thorough I don’t know what we would of done without him. Highly recommend him to anyone that is in an emergency or excruciating pain with their teeth. Thank you so much we appreciate all of your help!!!
