   I recently visited Schuh, and once again it was an excellent experience. I have been there before, and the atmosphere is always friendly, welcoming, and relaxed, which makes shopping much easier. The staff are consistently polite and helpful. They make an effort to greet customers and offer support without being pushy. I also appreciate how informative they are, especially when explaining different shoe styles and sizes. Schuh clearly values customer loyalty, offering a good range of discounts, deals and reward schemes, which makes returning worthwhile. I would like to give a special thank you to Ali, who helped me during my visit. He was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to what I needed, made great recommendations, and ensured I left with exactly the right pair. He is a real credit to the store, and I hope to see him again on my next visit. Overall, I would highly recommend Schuh to anyone looking for quality shoes and excellent customer service. My experience has always been positive, and I will definitely continue shopping there.

   I had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had thanks to Sana at SCUH in Merry Hill! From the moment I spoke to her, it felt like I was talking to someone with years of experience and real expertise. I was buying my first pair of Dr. Martens, and since they’re not cheap, I was a bit nervous. Sana completely put me at ease — she gave me all the advice I needed, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident about my purchase. I left with a smile on my face and a new pair of comfortable boots that i absolutely adore! What stood out the most is how professional she was while still making me feel like I was chatting to a friend. She was so approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, Thank you so much — you’re an asset to Schuh!! ❤️❤️

   Located inside the excellent Merry Hill shopping centre with plenty of safe, free outside parking. The store is spacious, well stocked, designed around the customer, and it's staff are friendly, polite and smartly dressed.

   Absolutely! Appalling went in to buy some. UGG boots. Spent £155 in there to receive the worst customer service possible. What’s worse is we were served by the store manager whose name is Aisha, she started serving us without even speaking to us, and holding a conversation with somebody else whilst he was going into the back room, after addressing this and saying, are you going to speak to us? She very rudely replied I was going to once I’ve finished my conversation! She shouted and spoke over us, We were not happy with the service and requested to be served by somebody else, to which the store manager replied, gladly!! pushed our, boots to the next till and walked away!! Another colleague started serving us same attitude, disgusting way of speaking, and she didn’t understand where we were coming from that we wanted to be addressed as customers . She shouted at us too and argued so disgusting. We asked her for the ladies name who just served us and she said from where I’m standing. She did nothing wrong! She shouted at us and told us to leave- There is the door, once we had paid for our UGG boots. Two girls who are standing by the door, actually apologised for their colleagues disgusting behaviour, if this isn’t the worst experience I do not know what is. I will be making a formal complaint with SCHUH and taking this much further, to make matters worse we had a 6 year old with us in her buggy who was quite upset once we left. Will never be visiting this store again!!!!!! Do not waste your hard earnt money here at merry hill schuh.
