   I’ve been going to Brackley House Dental Practice in Farnworth for quite a while now, and I’ve always felt so well looked after. Lorraine, my hygienist, is truly wonderful — she is so calm, friendly and reassuring, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, especially what I need to do more of to keep my teeth healthy. We used to live locally but have since moved away, and I still travel from North Wales just so she can be my hygienist because of the care she gives. I honestly wouldn’t see anyone else. George, my dentist, carried out my filling today and was absolutely lovely. He was so friendly, kept checking that I was okay, and really made sure I was comfortable at all times. Even though I was anxious, he completely put me at ease. It really means a lot to be treated with such kindness — thank you both.

   Excellent services from the team at Brackley House Dental! We needed an emergency appointment for a home visit and were dealt with professionally from start to finish. From the initial telephone triage, to being prescribed antibiotics, and also the follow-up after completing the course, everything was handled really well. They then arranged a home appointment for the extraction, which was fantastic! George and Jamie showed great skill and professionalism, making the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Our problem was dealt with extremely well, and the extraction was quick and straightforward. We were really happy to have them come over for the home visit!! I will definitely be turning to Brackley House Dental again for any dental problems in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you very much to George and Jamie once again :)

   Waited on hold for over 20 minutes after being told I’m ‘3rd in the queue’ whilst listening to their dreadful hold music. Got to 1st and suddenly they need me to leave a message instead. Interestingly my brother, who’s a private patient, called 2 minutes later and got through straight away. Is their phone system rigged to avoid the NHS patients who have been under this practice for over a decade? Interesting and will definitely be looking into it further. Called back and guess what? Third in the queue again, clearly something dodgy going on here. Be mindful of this dental practice as clearly there are some dodgy factors at play at their end. I will be going in tomorrow as they clearly have no intention of answering the phone. Awful experience.

   Went to see hygienist,first time seeing Lorriane and Christina for my clean today They both made me feel at ease, Lorriane explained everything she was going to do, explained what's happening to my gums and teeth and gave great advice on how to help keep my teeth as long as possible. Even when I admitted to not doing my teeth cleaning as well as I should she never made me feel bad just encouraged me to improve best I could. No pictures but I am waiting on a travel case for all my different inerdental brushes to do wherever I am :-)

   I have a fear of the dentist and both Mr Hakim and his wonderful dental assistant were fantastic! Just kept talking and putting me at ease. Feel I had a thorough clean and he gave some great pointers on looking after my teeth. Thanks to both, I was genuinely dreading the appointment and came away smiling!

   So I registered my son with this dentist that was advertised on social media, when I have come to register myself apparently they ain't taking on NHS patients? Yet they can take on kids but not adults as parently a contract for kids not adults! Don't get this myself never heard of this before so will be looking into it further! If I had paying they'd soon rip my arm off and charge over the odds for a consultation and any extras they claim I may need.

   I can't recommend this practice enough. All the staff are kind and respectful people. I was afraid of going to the dentist. However, all my fears are gone because I had excellent treatment. Guys, if you have the same problem as mine, then this is the best place.

   Went to have a tooth extraction and I felt very safe and calm the receptionist was polite and understanding. The whole team made me feel very relaxed and comfortable can’t thank them enough such a lovely relaxing dentist thanks for your help really appreciate what you did I feel a lot better now i will definitely keep with you.

   Came to this Dentist today for a emergency dental appointment, was greeted by Friendly and helpful reception staff. The waiting room is a large area with plenty of seats . Wasn't waiting long at all to be seen . The Dentist and her assistant were both lovely and even though I was very nervous after not being at a dentist for quite a while they both made me feel at ease straight away . I would love to be a patient of this Dentist but don't think they are taking on new patients at the moment but definitely would recommend. Best dental surgery I would say that I have been to.    The dentist location and area are perfect. Easy parking as well. However since having to attend as an emergency appointment that's why I can only give it two stars. This is no fault to the actual dental team based here but more the emergency dental staff using the facilities. They have no compassion for someone with severe anxiety towards dentists nor was they willing to meet me half way. After having severe toothache for over a month now I've give up completely on dentist's. Such a shame but with the attitude of some I can see why the NHS dental organisation is dying. As I say this is towards the emergency dental not the onsite worker's from that facility.
