Been with Bupa many years and always have a relaxing experience with them even though I hate the dentist! Made yo feel at ease and always talked through each procedure
I recently completed a course of cosmetic dental treatment with Dr. Shyam Patel at Bupa, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Throughout the process, I encountered a few unexpected complications, but Shyam handled each one with the utmost professionalism, care, and precision. His calm and confident approach immediately put me at ease, and he always took the time to explain every step clearly. What truly stood out was his commitment to getting everything just right—he never rushed, and his attention to detail was exceptional. Thanks to his expertise, my smile looks better than I ever imagined. I’ve already recommended Shyam to several friends and family members, many of whom have either started or are planning their own treatments with him. If you're considering cosmetic dental work, I can’t recommend Dr. Shyam Patel highly enough.
Dentist allows me and my partner to have appointments next to each other which is very convienient. They are always understanding and accomodating of my conditions/illnesses and needs. For example they treat me downstairs if i am unable to get upstairs for treatment.
Warm reception welcome and had my second appointment with Dr Hawa. Not only did she complete my crown treatment in 2 appointments but I raised a concern about another tooth. She assessed and cleaned the tooth and gum line. Throughout the 2 appointments, she kept me informed of the process and aftercare. Thank you for my treatment and helping me feel relaxed by keeping me engaged in conversations.
I have been with this practice for several years now. Unfortunately my new dentist Ismail has not lived up to the previous dentists I have seen. He firstly advised me that he could remove a crown and tooth as the root canal had failed. On the day of my appointment I had a phone call to say I had been booked in with the wrong dentist at the wrong time and they would like to move my appointment. I had written confirmation of the time and dentist so they advised me to attend. I travelled for over an hour only to be told he wasn't able to do it and I would need to be referred to a specialist. He said if I experienced pain and swelling of my gum he could prescribe antibiotics and would send a script to a chemist near to my home. Today I asked for that and am told that again he can't do what he promised and I need to go to see him. Overpromised and under delivered!!!!!
Very unprofessional receptionists. I have witnessed them shouting down to clients on the phone. The receptionists lie to you about treatment to get more money from you and when you question it they deny it and get hostile. Would not recommend this practice. Was great when it was Fresh Dental.
I do not recommend going to this dental practice, horrible service receptionist never answer the phone, had booked an appointment for the earliest date they had available due to high pain in my teeth and a chipped tooth they gave me a date and now they have cancelled the appointment and I have to wait a whole month for my next appointment. Dentist seem like they just put in the practice without any training. If your looking for a dental practice I would refrain from this one at all costs.
Truly amazing experience, with great expertise, attention to detail, professionalism and above all making me feel comfortable (as visiting the dentist is not my favourite past time!). Dr Rosh can't be recommended highly enough and the fact that I travel 30 minutes from Manchester for my dental care says it all...
