I was a Denplan member with another practice in a different area and when I enquired could I be a Denplan patient at this practice I was told that it was possible so I booked a hygienist and a check. Miss Issa insisted on x-rays which cost me £54 and subjected me to radiation. I expressed this to the dentist who said that she had to have the x-rays. When I went for my next appt I was told that Denplan wasn't accepted anymore. Had I known that I wouldn't have had the x-rays which I had to pay for again at another Denplan dentist who accepted me. I tried to get the receptionists at this practice to send the x-rays to my new dentist but they never did resulting in another bill at the new place for the procedure to be repeated. Not happy and it was obvious that the dentist knew that I wouldn't be accepted but forced me to get the x-rays anyway.

I recently came to the end of a period of dental treatment, the vast majority of this work being carried out by Thelma. I can't praise Thelma and her team high enough. Her professionalism combined with a friendly and understanding manner never faltered.

Trying to calm the practice for days now at different times. No one answers. The phone is very rarely answered at other times as well so you can not actually speak to anyone!! Please have a different system in place I know dentists are busy but not enough that you can’t speak to a person about your issue! Not all issues can be resolved via your online Bupa account!!

I had a very disappointing experience here. I booked an orthodontist appointment and was quoted £150 over the phone. However, once I was already in the chair, I was told it would actually be £225. Throughout the appointment, Dr Choudry was very short, uncomfortable, and even hostile when I asked questions. It made the whole experience extremely unpleasant. Additionally, my teeth don't feel right afterwards — the dentist even had to break the wire in order to make it work, which doesn't inspire confidence at all. Overall, I would not recommend this place for orthodontic treatment based on my experience.

Very clean and friendly practice. Had my broken tooth extracted by dentist who gave excellent advice and took great care. Very skill full and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent dentistry but unclear pricing. Went for a check up which cost over £100 because the dentist decided to clean my teeth. I was not told this was an additional cost of over £50! A shock and not something I could afford at the time.

Great dentist especially if you have Bupa dental insurance since all the paper work is taken care of. You just turn up, have your work done and leave. If there is anything out standing then they will give you a call and you can pay it over the phone. If you can I would recommend the hygenist. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and they felt like new when I came out. She also gave me great tips on how to improve my dental hygiene.

Great practice with the most friendly staff. After avoiding dentists for a few too many years, they have managed to put me completely at ease during my visits. Kate the hygienist has really transformed the health of my teeth and gums.
