   Barbara at the Bolton practice on Bury Road is extremely professional. She explains everything she is doing as she goes along and offers several options throughout the process. I visited this morning, and she was very thorough. All the work she has ever done for me has been excellent, and the staff were all very polite as well.

   Amazing dentist. I am always walked through everything so that I understand and care is always taken to ensure I’m as comfortable as possible. Given I hate the dentist, it surprises me that I actually don’t mind my appointments here. I would recommend the whole team. Great service and always made to feel at ease.

   No one likes visiting the dentist, but the experience here is as pleasant as it can be. Dr Usman Tahir is always very welcoming, calming and professional. He explains clearly what is going on and what treatment, if any, is required. He never recommends unnecessary work and all treatment I have had to date has been pain free and carried out to a high standard. I would certainly recommend to him to family and friends.

   Awful practice DO NOT RECCOMEND . My partner went in for cosmetic issues and has left in so much agony even though he’s never had a history of dental issues. There’s no complaint firm either and we’re STILL suffering from the problems your unprofessional staff has caused. He let him leave with a filling without filing it down, causing it cause a infection (his lip being green!) in the area the sharp tooth damaged. He returned after two days and the tooth got filed down in around 5 minutes ( he didn’t have enough time in the first appointment to do that . Are you kidding me ?????) There is more issues going on and they continue to worsen but this is absolutely disgusting and they continue to practice on other people .The dentist was an Asian male and he refused to take accountability- I personally think his license should be removed.

   Had my first dentist appointment on Monday in few years before the appointment my life was relatively normal there wasn't an ounce of pain in my mouth,on the day a plethora of work was carried out without any clarity or detail my two fillings (originally around the back of my teeth)had been extended completely to the front my teeth had been fused together,left sharp enough to cut my lip and for it to develop into a green large mass,I've also since said appointment had a persistent pain in my back molars the dentist claimed he never touched its left me to the point that I can hardly close my jaw or relax it and as for chewing food im avoiding eating as long as I can because it feels as if im being punched evey time I connect my jaw now. I feel as if my quality of life has been stolen from me.DO NOT GO HERE

   They decided to take my children off their record due to not seeing them for 5 years ? This is completely wrong! But are now apparently not taking on NHS patients ? How can children be refused dental treatment. Not to mention the receptionist was so rude , not professional at all.

   I phoned hoping to get my tooth extracted, spoke to the receptionist and was told that it was £30 just to be seen, because of my desperation I paid, i arrived to be seen by the dentist and then had an x-ray which cost a £10. he said it was £140 to have tooth removed, to which I said I don't have enough money in my account. He then asked how much I have? So I told him, then he said he cannot do anything till I have the funds as it would cost him more, then "advised me" to get some clove oil to help with the pain. Very unprofessional and misleading. Be sure to ask the receptionist about any extra costs.

   Writing on behalf of my mum who is very nervous patient, after having a horrible experiencing horrible dental treatment. Kris had made her feel so at ease explaining everything in such detail and answering any questions she had making her feel comfortable with treatment she was previously dreading , she feels so much more confident with going ahead with even further treatment. She describes the staff as so friendly and lovely and who go above and beyond, helping her to fit her working schedule for the perfect appointment for herself.

   I am leaving this review on behalf of my partner, who had treatment recently. He was made to feel welcome and relaxed by staff on reception. He is a very nervous patient, and was made to feel at ease all the way through his treatment. He was suffering pain with a broken tooth and was offered an appointment the next day to get him out of pain. He cannot recommend this practice highly enough!
