Absolutely amazing. I rang them in a panic as I had snapped a front part of my bridge. It was 4 o'clock in the afternoon and I could not cope without my bridge. John was fantastic and agreed if I went down straight away he would do his best. I waited at his lab (mainly because of the hideous rush hour traffic) and he had worked his magic in 45 mins. The lady who dealt with me before and after was wonderful too, so understanding. First class company delivering First class customer service. Can't thank them enough for saving me.
