Had a problem with some ugg boots which isn't the stores fault its just how they have been made. But poppy was very helpful twice when I have been in and sorted out the problem with no hassle and was very quick and efficient. Thank you
Hi there, not my normal type of review just wanted to leave a comment on here talking about my experience in store. Was in the leeds white rose store browsing when I saw what I assume to be a manager, (blonde woman, around 5ft 4) kick a hangar across the shop floor and then bluntly say, can you pick that up. from what I witnessed this was a task she could have very easily done herself and chose not too, this member of staff was asked to pick up the hangar whilst serving somebody which I found confusing to watch. Now I understand this isn’t a reflection of my own service in-store, but I just thought it was very unfair on the staff member who was asked this very inappropriately. It’s just something that isn’t nice to see and I hope you can understand why I have left this comment. Always treat each other with respect.
Went to collect and order which took over 30 minutes to collect because the staff were unable to locate it. I asked if I could receive a refund/have the order redirected to my home address but instead they insisted that I wait. They even rang customer service to imply I had sent the order to the wrong store before being made aware it had been delivered, they just couldn't find it. This caused a significant backlog in the queue and I could see many staff standing around with nothing to do. Wouldn't recommend going here if you want a swift shopping experience.
Very badly run shop, staff walking around doing nothing. Make you wait ages to find out what size trainers are in stock then try sell you the display ones that are dirty. Jd sport had a lot better staff and stock.
Lovely customer service by the woman at the till I believe her name was Adekia she was so helpful ! Also gave me some jibits for my bed crocs !! I hope this review find her so she knows how much she had made my day … Leroy being kind guys ! ❤️
Good stock, although a little expensive and the staff are not always the most helpful, but overall a good store

Served by a lovely young lady called Emily. Sorted my return out and helped with a new order. Nice change to be served by someone who genuinely wants to help. Retail needs more 'Emilys'.
