   I really like this dentist. The admin staff have always been really kind to me and accommodating to my autism, giving me extra time and clearly explaining things and allowing me to get appointments that suit my routine. Excellent. They are friendly and chatty. I had to regularly visit the hygienist because of gum disease due to age and not flossing and she has been so good at informing me how to properly use a tooth brush and inter dental care. My bleeding gums have completely stopped since being in her care. She is also really friendly and accommodating and understanding. I also had a crown fitted here years ago and told it might come out because there isn't much tooth holding it on. Five years and it's still going strong. All in all a really lovely friendly practice. I see lots of reviews here about them valuing policy over patient care and this is not true in my experience. They allowed my husband to register there so he could accompany me as my essential companion (disabled) and get his teeth cared for, even though they weren't taking extra patients at the time, they didn't have to - this was a kindness. All businesses must have policy to ensure smooth running, and we never know how much pressure receptionists face from their superiors or the company's to abide by the rules. One can't be mad at someone for doing their job properly. Especially admin staff, they have to deal with us lot - and we can be very hard work! I find, if you're friendly and respectful to them then the same gratitude is shown to you, and they really can be very accommodating and lovely.

   I can't give a higher praise too these guys they have totally given my smile and ability too eat back, after personal cancer then father death then sorting my mothers health and care needs my priority for dental care was last on my mind for 8 years, i was taken it and taken care of even thou i had a cross bite basically no matter how i cared for my teeth they were breaking each other, , had 4 sittings with a very empathetic dentist, ever part was explained and reasons why, i just want to say thank you Thank you

   Absolutely disgusting service! I'm on maternity exemption and all I can get is temporary fillings, which last a week if I'm lucky. I've been back and forwards for the last 18 months with the same flipping problem and 0 result. My exemption runs out in November and coincidentally I can get a crown and all treatment needed just when it's finished. It is some sort of dental scam conceding that they've taken money from the NHS. Avoid at costs!

   Had my appointment with them cancelled and got told I had a failure to attend against my name which means you are barred from the dentist. Meaning I couldn't get treatment for my toothache. However I had never missed an appointment. Avoid this dentist!

   Just had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist after many years of neglect by myself, due to an irrational fear. She has done an amazing job and they look great. I was very nervous about the appointment but she made me feel at ease. I cannot thank them enough and looking forward to my next appointment, highly recommend :-)

   Puts clinic policy over patient health. I was scheduled for a cleaning that was deemed clinically necessary. But because I was late 15 minutes for reasons beyond my control, the appointment was cancelled and due to "policy" they "could not" rebook me for 3 months. Additionally I tried calling the practice to notify them but the receptionist never picked up. When I got to the practice they just let the phone ring the entire time. Greedy practice and a huge waste of time, stay away.

   I saw Nadia yesterday, the treatment and advice given was second to none. Nadia talked me through my treatment and made me feel extremely confident and calm during the process. I have never had such a positive experience at the dentist. I have just received a follow up call which was brilliant so thank you so much!
