   Appalling service since it has changed hands. I have been a NHS patient there for 6 years. Never missed an appointment without prior notice. Needed an emergency consult as a tooth had snapped and i was in pain. I Was informed on arrival that i was no longer an NHS patient and the reason that i had been transferred to private payment and rates was due to the previous owner moving patients off NHS registration. Contacted the previous owner smart dental who knew nothing about it and stated what they were doing was illegal. Not has 1 single email or any correspondence to state the above changes were being made or to inform me i was being de registered. Other people were there at the same time in reception complaining about standards and appointment s not being registered. Lady on reception dident seem to know what she was doing and blamed it on Menopause? Had nothing but outstanding service from the previous dentist who really cared about his patients. I will be putting a formal complaint in to CQC as what they are doing to people is criminal to force patient to pay for private treatment. Following the above a complaint has been made to both the CQC and British dental association

   Excellent dentists ! Yesterday I was suffering with my lower wisdom tooth and a friend suggested to have it looked! The dentist offered to remove it on spot and without second thoughts I said yes! I was in and out in 10 minutes, pain free! So much gratitude for their hard work ! Highly recommend

   Recently registered at this dentist and great experience so far. Had 1 filling replaced and a new one done. Didnt even feel the anaesthetic going in and all done very quickly. Also open Saturday mornings so easy to fit round work.

   This dental practice is amazing. The staff are all lovely and professional. The dentist was brilliant, very calm and pleasant manner. He explained everything that would happen, talked me through every step. Then gave lots of follow up and after care advice. He made sure I understood everything ( I was feeling quite stressed as this was my first extraction as an adult and I’d been let down by my regular dentist). I was seen as an emergency on the Saturday, then booked in 2 days later for the extraction. So so pleased with the care I was given. Well done to a brilliant team. Thank you.

   In early September I registered with this practice and visited to have a missing filling inspected. The dentist took an x-ray and decided that he couldn't re fill the cavity as the nerve was exposed, although I hadn't had any pain whatsoever. He suggested that I have an implant. He explained that these were quite expensive, but for a short period there was a £1000 discount ! I could have this done privately ( even though I had only just registered with them as an NHS patient) for a fee of £1600 ! I had some time whilst on holiday to consider. While I was away I chipped another tooth on the opposite side of my mouth. I made an appointment and saw another dentist at the same practice. He looked at my tooth, then some still photos on his screen ( not photos of my teeth) came back to the chair to tell me that my tooth was split and couldn't be filled then went on the same sales pitch as the first dentist! This time, I could have a silver crown for £ 360.82, or go private and have a white one for £1600 ! I paid £27.40 on both visits without getting ANY treatment at all. Tonight, I visited an emergency dentist and within 15 mins, had an examination and a filling in the so called " split" tooth. My other teeth were also given a clean bill of health. I think this practice needs to be investigated and I will be making a complaint/ report to the BDA. Steer clear! Very dodgy practice.

   We have been at this dentist for several years and have seen a number of different dentists over that period. Each has been lovely, patient and helpful. My twins, who were initially terrified of the dentist and screamed all through their first appointment, are now absolutely fine about visiting. I recently had some treatment I’ve been needing for a while and I can’t fault the amazing work by Dr Khattab. She is a lovely person and super dentist, her standards are really high and she has been really patient and thorough. Thank you!

   have been with this dentist for around 5 years and it has not been pleasant, they cancel appointments all the time, my daughter has been waiting for her tooth out since the beginning of November should of been done today due to an abscess and they've cancelled it for another week so they just simply do not care about their patients and are willing to leave a child in pain age 8 for as long as possible do not join this dentist you will be disappointed. the whole family will be finding a new dentist. she has been worried sick and upset for the past few days for it all to be cancelled NOT HAPPY AT ALL
