Had a facial with Becky, she was lovely, explained the treatment, no awkwardness, also discussed other treatments available in salon and clinic without trying to pressure sell. I received a beautiful free gift after treatment, next treatment already booked.
Pleasant service and knowledgeable staff. Dr Dan was very patient to answer all queries before and after the treatment and very knowledgeable as to the treatment I was seeking. The advice for my skin was spot on suitable to my skin and catered to my benefit instead of overselling any treatment. Thanks a bunch.
This is the best place you could go to for any treatment possible. I have been visiting the clinic for years and every experience has been a positive and uplifting experience, Joanne has gone above and beyond and even beyond that to ensure not only the effectiveness of my treatment but also my comfort, my well being, my priorities etc. are all taken care of. They will not disappoint as they have not disappointed me even once in my 6 years of treatments!! Absolutely phenomenal, the atmosphere is warm but also beautiful, clean and well-presented. Joanne deserves an award for all the work she has done for me as she has empowered me with confidence to do anything in my life because my hirsutism was truly debilitating. I love this place, it always smells lovely and they always play relaxing music which is so calming. All the staff are so friendly too. I have treatment with Joanna is who is just the loveliest woman, so down to earth and nice to speak to. I can’t recommend this place enough !
What a lovely place. Joanne was amazing with me whilst I got my skin peel. I have had this done else ware before and it was slap-dash. Joanne explained everything and ensured I knew what I was expecting. Clinic was immaculate. I was late as I managed to go somewhere else and they worked with me to fit me in which I am so thankful for. Re-booked in, I will be back!

Just PERFECT!!! I had the most amazing experience at the FAB clinic. For years I had brought two daughters up, not a penny to spare; kids parties etc... took care of my bank balance :) However the girls are all grown now and me & my partner of 21 years decided it is time for us and on the 6th April 2018 we married in Amsterdam. So why the life story, I had never stepped foot in a beauty/cosmetics salon before my only beauty regime was dove soap and boots blusher. I took the plunge 6weeks to my wedding date (very nervous) the girls at the FAB clinic were truly amazing, they listened to my endless issues, talked me through various treatments, reassured me when I was a tad nervous. Special thanks must go to Jo & Jodie who made me look and feel like a new women! Karen on reception organized all my appointments & reminded me of the up and coming treatments. Every time I went for my treatments the girls asked me about my wedding plans, they made the build up to the day amazing. I am now having various treatments at the salon and feel 10 years younger (my students would also say look much younger too). I would honestly recommend using the Fab clinic they are beauty angels. LOVE it here. The best massages. Never had a bad experience. Staff are all lovely and go the extra mile - once stayed open late for me to collect a Xmas pressie for my mum! Feel instantly relaxed as soon as you walk in. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
