Friendly staff, nothing is too much, very professional and knowledgeable too. Excellent value for money.
my mum who doesn’t know how to speak or write English properly normally gets her hair done here, she messaged blow out hair while I was at work and asked if she could book an appointment which they didn’t reply for days, they eventually replied and responded with “I find your thread of messages rude, can’t take you as a client” and then considered to block her account I think this is absolutely disgusting and really rude considering she got her hair done here and would not go anywhere else. Definitely know we will not be going back. Really arrogant to a frequent client. Not only this but she came 3 times and the way the staff act towards her even though she tries her hardest to communicate properly, they acted as if they didn’t care and just did her hair and take the money.

Lovely new salon on Melbourne Street, perfect place for a little bit of a pamper. Abbey does a fab job on my hair. The girls are friendly and welcoming the new salon looks great.
