I came here for my acrylic nails and I’ve had them on just over a week and 2 have now snapped off so I wouldn’t recommend and also the service wasn’t great I had multiple people swapping doing my nails
I visited this salon recently for acrylic nails on both my hands and feet. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. When I arrived, I showed the nail technician an example of how I wanted my nails done and politely asked to see other colour options. Instead of being shown any, I was ignored and my foot was firmly pulled, which felt quite dismissive. It seemed as though my request was taken personally, and the overall atmosphere became uncomfortable from that moment. Throughout my appointment, the staff were speaking among themselves in a language I didn’t understand, and although I may be wrong, the way they looked and acted made me feel like they were talking about me. While doing my hands, the male technician cut me with the nail file and was quite rough, even after I explained I suffer with pain in my hands and asked for a gentler approach. Again, he just looked at me, said nothing, and continued, while laughing and chatting with others. At checkout, I was charged a higher price than what was listed on their price board. I was told this was because I had asked for French nails, but no explanation was really given as to why that cost more. I paid anyway just to leave, as I felt very uncomfortable at that point. Two days later, one of my nails was already coming off. I returned to have it fixed, expecting a proper repair, but instead they tried to simply glue it back down—something I could’ve done myself at home. The technician even got his fingerprint stuck in the glue. I asked for a proper replacement and was told to wait a few minutes, but I ended up sitting there for 40 minutes for just one nail. During this time, they offered drinks to other customers, but never once asked me. I had even given them a tip at my first appointment despite how I was treated, as I try to be polite and generous. Now, only days later, the repaired nail has fallen off, another has cracked, and my thumb nail has broken. I’ve had to glue them back myself, which really shouldn’t be happening with fresh acrylics. I won’t be returning—not just because of the poor quality, but more because of how uncomfortable, unwelcome, and disrespected I felt throughout the experience. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.As I am new to the area and unable to get to the nail salon I went too.I was worried I would not find anywhere that was as good as my last technician..Because of plenty of places to park and get to I decided to try this Salon first..I am glad I did.they are even better. So friendly and welcoming..always offered a coffee when you sit down.All 3 staff are brilliant.I show a photo of what I would like and that is exactly what I leave with.I am constantly complimented on how nice my nails are.Nothing is too much for them I returned after a few days once because I wasn’t happy with what I had chosen.The gel and nail art was removed and completely re done to something else I had chose the technician would not take any money from me.. I would definitely recommend the Salon to anyone…

Fantastic staff and amazing nails. I would highly recommend. Definitely going back on a regular basis.
Relatively competitive prices. Infill cost me about the same as a full set. They are open on a Sunday. Anyway my go to Nail salon in Hyde. The lady with the baby is always smiling.
Excellent service. Friendly staff. I didn' have an appointment but was welcomed in. Love my nails the Pedicure was so relaxing also along with Shellac toes
