   So I booked with Katie Penny because I've heard so many good things about her beauty services and thought I'd give it a try myself. I booked for my lashes and brows, when I came to the appointment they'd forgotten about my brows so when I tried to confirm it with them they said to me "our brow girl is only coming in for you so do you definitely want it" even if the brow girl is only coming in for one client, you dont tell the client that because obviously the client is going to feel bad. So I had my lashes and brows done. Upon arrival they told me that i cant have my brows tinted even though I asked for that so there was literally no difference with my brows it was a waste of money. I then had my lashes done which even though they weren't what I asked for I still really liked them, only problem was that they started coming out in clumps the next day so I messaged katie about this on several occasions but there was no answer until I messaged on a sunday then she sent me a very rude message telling me not to message her on a sunday because she has been working very hard all week and Sunday is her 'chill' day. Fair enough, but message me through the week when I first messaged you, also it's not my fault that the lashes were falling out. Katie then gave me a refund which I didnt even recieve until nearly 2 weeks later. I then booked to have ombre brows done, of course she cancelled on me last minute and took a week to reply to my messages when I asked to have another appointment. Very unhappy with the rude messages, and her clearly unprofessional work.
