   Waiting now +1 hour for our food, still not here, ordered through JustEat, all weve been told over the phone in a blase way 'oh sorry we are busy'. Despite the message states Enjoy your food, as if we received it.

   Good food and portion sizes, only thing that let down the five star experience was the caller got our address wrong and had a slight mishap with delivery driver who diverted to the correct address.

   Probably the best Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had. Ordered from them once and went back again and will be ordering from them more often. The Singapore l fried rice 10/10. Their soup is amazingggg 10/10 and the spring rolls are so crispy

   First time ordered from Welling Chinese Takeaway. Great food. I ordered pork Kung Po Style, Special Fried Rice: Large, Roast Duck in Black Bean Sauce & Butterfly King Prawns (8). Everything was 10/10 other than the Pork Kung Po Style however, the rest was too good to knock that. The Butterfly King Prawns were amazing and the Roast Duck was tender. Service was very quick as well. And the food was packed very nicely. My new go to local Chinese take away spot. Thanks Chef!

   Disgusting. AVOIDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!! If I could put 0 stars I would. The food never came and when I called up the restaurant the worker who answered the phone who was obviously the chefs teenage hormonal daughter had such a filthy attitude. She was adamant the food was delivered, despite us saying the food isn’t here and having video proof the food hasn’t arrived ( we have a ring door bell). She continued to ARGUE with us to the point where we had to hang up because of her disgusting attitude. Wanted food but instead we just got a massive head ache. Avoid at all costs unless you’re looking for an argument.

   Customer service was really bad. Food was more than 50 minutes late when speaking to them about this the lady was very rude i then asked for her name she told me that she not giving it.

   Do not order from this place. My sister ordered and the food did not arrive for over 2 hours. Then they lied on Deliveroo to say it had been delivered but it had not been delivered. The driver then arrived more than 2 hours later and wasn't apologetic. I explained that my sister had gone out to get food from elsewhere & their driver took back the food. Called the place and they weren't apologetic and made no attempts to make amends. It really appears that this length of time to deliver is Business As Usual to them. They just said they were busy. I explained to them that if a takeaway gets busy then they need to let people know the real waiting time or pause accepting orders. No one reasonably expects to wait over 2 hours for takeaway. Save yourself the hassle and avoid

   Ordered from here. Delivery was 1 hour late. Phone constantly engaged. When I got through the lady was rude and told me they are very busy and everyone else ordering is in the same boat as me and then hang up on me! Rude. Told it was on its way. Another 40 mins later and still no order. Rang back to hear everyone swearing at each other and told her to cancel it and she said OK and hung up!!
