   Not sure where the bad reviews come from as this place is top notch. I’ve tried all the local Chinese and Dragon Express beats the lot by a country mile! Yes sometimes you can’t get through on the phone as that’s because they are busy! A good sign in my opinion.

   If I could rate this a zero I would. Raw chicken served to us in the sweet and sour chicken. Rest of the food disgusting and we threw it away. When I went to resolve this with images and the chicken, they did not want to deal with this and simply gave us £6 back - out of a £40 order. Wouldn't recommend - steer clear in case of food poisoning!!

   If I could give 0 stars I would- steer clear!!!! Absolutely shocking service received tonight. I placed an order and then waited 2 hours! I tried calling multiple times but the lines were so busy i couldn’t get through. Over 100 times I tried! I finally got through after 2 hours to be told that the wrong address had been taken down, they had tried calling me (a lie) and that my address does not have parking so they cannot come (another lie, as I had explained to the person I made the order with what to do). The phone lines then cut out and again no response so I made my way to store to be rudely told by the woman in charge that it will be quicker if she re does my order rather than talk to me since she is so busy. I was shocked since the customer is always right and at that moment she made me feel like it was my fault that her staff cannot take down simple instructions and deliver food to an address o one if their busiest nights. I then waited a further 15 minutes, bringing my food to 2 hours and 30 minutes late and then was barely even told sorry, charged full price and asked where park I g is near me! I explained again that there is free parking which the owner didn’t like to hear and tried to argue that they did try calling and were busy. Clearly If you haven’t the time to receive and make calls then you need to stop taking orders. I will never be ordering from such an unprofessional business again. Shocking service on Christmas Eve of all days.

   Of all the Chinese takeaway I've had in London, this is by far the most delicious. I had the dragon express special fried rice and loved it. Great portion size with a delicious sauce over vegetables, chicken, beef, and prawns. I also highly recommend the duck rolls. I'll definitely be eating here again!
