   Ordered UberEats from this Fast Food Restaurant. Delivery came within the estimated time frame. The portion size was reasonable however the egg fried rice was overcooked, and didn’t taste nice. The ‘no beef’ was good and the Vegetable Spring Rolls. For what you receive it’s definitely over priced. The quality should match the price and it doesn’t. Besides, there were no complimentary sauces added in the delivery bag and no chopsticks.

   Chopstix is one of the best Chinese restaurant in London and having a branch of it in Ilford is another plus point. I visited this branch today and it was a good experience. This restaurant is nice and cozy. The customer services of chopstix is always good. The only suggestion for Chopstix can be to increase the portion size - because even after ordering the x-large box with 4 toppings, you still don't get full! Atleast Chopstix can give more rice/noodles in bigger boxes!!! Apart from that, rest is all superb.

   To start off with my review, when we first walked in, we were uncertain of what to order, so we decided to ask for free samples so we can have an idea on what to add in our box, a VERY rude worker said "cant you see Im working?" how rude?! It was unpleasant and to top it off they don't scan offers as they don't have a scanner, that is ridiculous, and that rude worker did definitely not care about us, save your money and DON'T come here

   *this branch doesn’t scan the app* Toppings are okay but the rice is undercooked / hard /old. Also it didn’t taste good. I have tried other chopstix branches before. I’ll rate the rice: 0/10. Couldn’t eat. Had to through it to the bin.

   Nasir was one of the most exceptional customer service experiences I've had in recent years. Welcoming and cheerful. The food was great, it could have been hotter, but it's flavour and texture can't be faulted.

   I came in towards their closing time but the staff still took in my order of spring rolls and were willing to fry fresh new one. Absolutely amazing customer service! The in dining restaurant is lovely, clean and tidy.

   Nope. Didn’t like it one bit. These people have no concept of the food; bland, tasteless and frankly not sitting right in my stomach. For £5.50 for a small box, not very good value for money. Way too overpriced for such small portions. It is worth the trek to oodles, for larger portions and more selections. Rice was old. Only one topping. Customer service was mediocre to none. I was desperately looking for something positive to say to balance my review but unfortunately not. Those that frequently eat this type of food will immediately realise the poor quality of the food. If the taste was there, would have been more than happy to pay for such a small portion. If the management do read this and I think looking at all the previous comments they should, it may be worth upping your game.

   Loved the look space etc Food was disappointing very bland no taste. Oodles is way better, its a shame this place could have been so much better. Seriously get a new chef.

   TERRIBLE. Would give ZERO stars if possible. The Ilford branch food is horrible. I have had Chopstix before but in Stratford which was ok. However the Ilford branch is not nice at all and very salty. FOUND A HAIR IN MY FRIED RICE!! Also the 'katsu curry' sauce was AWFUL!! Was clearly watered down and runny, it should be much thicker. They clearly watered it down. See photo attached. I do not recommend wasting your money here. Also no customer service, staff seem unhappy. I originally wanted to order a large chicken Katsu curry, but she rudely said I couldn't get 2 pieces of chicken??! So I had to just get a small, 'glad' I did as it was horrible and a waste of money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
