A big shoutout to Leila, she’s done an absolutely brilliant lamination of eyebrows for my 16 year old. Leila was so patient and focused and must say she is very skilled and talented with her craft. She explained the process to my daughter and every step of the process. She was so comforting and assuring. Leila, is skilled in lamination of eyebrows and did a very thorough job with face wax too. Me and a friend booked through wowcher to get our hydra facials done together at this salon which upon arrival we were advised not to book through next time, i was taken in first for my facial many staff members were sent in telling the lady who was doing my facial to be quick and i was out of the room and placed in another room within 15 to 20 minutes as they stated my friends facial needs to begin although we had paid for 2 facials lasting 2 hours not both within the hour the equipment used was clearly not cleaned as weeks after the facial me and my friend are suffering due to it, we have similar breakouts all over our faces and super red cheeks which we never had before. I have had hydrafacials before this was NOT a hydrafacial. Please avoid at all costs your skin will thankyou
