Booked an appointment for yesterday as I am off on holiday tomorrow. Got there five minutes before my appointment and the place was closed. I waiting around (in the rain) to see if anyone would turn up. I called the number on the booking and the phone was switched off. No one bothered to contact me or apologise. Avoid at all costs
I passed my AET Teacher Training today with Becky at Skin Base Manchester. Right from the start, Becky was extremely professional, friendly, and supportive. Excellent communication throughout. Becky was highly recommended to me both for her teaching skills and expertise within the beauty & aesthetics industry. I look forward to training with Becky in the future. 5* service !!
This is a fantastic and friendly clinic with very knowledgable practitioners. I can’t remember my skin glowing this much after having micro needling. It’s also cleared up my hyper pigmentation which I’m so happy about. I’ve had botox which has worked amazingly as well as lip fillers which I was really apprehensive about but Becky was so good at making them look natural. I wouldn’t want anyone else doing my treatments!
A friend initially recommended Becky when I was interested in getting a PDO thread face lift, after exchanging some messages, I had a FaceTime consultation with Becky, and she gave me some other options that were much better suited and way less invasive. She could have easily let me go with the more expensive treatment and given me a treatment i didn’t need. I proceeded to have a few treatments done by Becky, she was so professional, incredibly knowledgable and soooo nice! I get anxiety going into these kind of settings as I’m not your usual girly girl, but Becky made me feel at ease and so comfortable immediately! In fact I enjoyed myself so much and loved hearing her passion for what she does that I decided to go on to complete my foundation training in dermal filler and anti wrinkle with her. She was an incredible teacher, and shared everything she knows, answered every question I had, and was accommodating enough to train me around my main job where I work shifts. She continues to be available whenever I have a question, and has become a really good friend! Would never go anywhere else. Thank you Becky sooo much for everything x

Botox and lip filler. Had my lips filled and my Botox done at this salon. Very friendly and excellent services. Made me feel comfortable and confident and at ease after not having them done before. Will definitely use again and booked in for Friday for a top up. Thanks girls
Can’t highly recommend Becky enough. What a lovely women had 3 treatments off her and she was fantastic. I could see the results straight away. I had dermaplaning, b-12 and lips. Beautiful salon too. Thanks again Becky
I had my daughters ears pierced here. Becky was incredible. So friendly put my 5 yr old at ease and gave great aftercare advice. The price was brilliant too. I highly recommend this salon.
Myself and my children have had our hair cut by Amy, I was really impressed with the cut and my daughter also had some highlights done which she loves. I have been buying aesthetic products from Rebecca which has always been great service, would reccomend
