   As you can tell by the picture the food was awful I ordered as soon as they opened and was quite clearly given yesterdays food and just reheated the food was completely inedible and might even get food poisoning from it I payed 50 pound for it which is a joke the delivery was also 20 minutes late and 3 of the containers of food won’t even be getting opened will be going straight in the bin this is a health hazard stay clear also didn’t even get a full refund

   I have order from the swan chinese for 19 years and always the food has been outstanding. But today the taste was completely different and has gone down hill. Not sure whether the swan has changed hands/owners or not.

   I order lunch from here now and then and every time it has arrived hot, fresh and tasty. They always read noted I leave on my order and I've never had a problem. Always great tasting.

   I have been buying from here for years and still go back even when I moved. However the lady was really busy on New Year's Eve and the food I ordered when I got home did not take nice. I went back a week after to tell her even though I ordered more food and the attitude she had. Yes she gave me discount but she repeatedly said 'no one else has complained'. Just would not accept it. There is always a first for a complaint. Remember that.

   We ordered food today and we got very bad food, wasn’t cooked properly and we didn’t get anything we ordered. Staff was very bad and rude and were trying to blame us. We ordered vegetable noodles and we got chicken in our noodles like who on earth calls chicken vegetables??!!

   One of my guests has a life threatening food allergy. I called to discuss it with the restaurant. They were attentive and confirmed our conversation. Once the food was prepared I received a reassuring phone call from a member of staff. Food was double bagged and secured to prevent cross contamination. Food was delivered on time, was hot and of excellent quality. One of the best Chinese meals we have had.

   used to be good now just disapointing open a 4pm cant do deliveries till after 5pm really? driver miserable standard has dropped would not recomend anymore think will order somewhere else
