   I feel really bad doing this as the girl was lovely however this was the most bizarre highlighting experience I’ve ever had in 20 years of getting highlights. I booked for a full head of highlights and a cut and style. I have a lot of hair and have never had so few foils in my hair (I counted 5 each side and 7 each side in the back) which takes the total to 24 foils. There were MASSIVE clumps of hair between each foil. This is not a full head highlight. I still have noticeable roots and have booked in to have my hair done again a week later. The toner I asked for was wrong - but in her defence there were very few highlights to tone. I am not a hair professional so before writing this review I went into a reputable salon to ask if I was being unreasonable and they were shocked at the service. After washing my hair I can honestly notice no difference in my hair .

   Tried this salon as I was struggling to get in at my regular place. The staff were super helpful and managed to find me a slot that worked at short notice. I will definitely come back here- really friendly staff. They listened to what I asked for and I’m very happy with my cut and finish. Lovely atmosphere and salon too.

   I get my hair done with Sarah, perfect each time. I’m 28 and it’s the first time I’ve managed to find a hairdresser that I’ve stuck with and absolutely loved their job each time. Can’t wait for lockdown to be over so I can get this mess sorted!
