   Have been ordering from the Royal China for quite some time now. Service has always been good. However, I must admit and sorry to say that the quality of the food is going downhill. On my last order I had the crispy shredded beef. Upon pulling these apart, it was pretty much just fried batter. Felt a bit cheated. Today I ordered £47 worth of food. One of these being Duck in Plum Sauce, but received Duck with Pineapple chunks. Wouldn't normally have quibbled, but parts of the duck meat were obviously undercooked. Have previously always enjoyed the China meals, but not this time at all. Guys, you really need to pick up your game.

   Wow! First time ordered from here. Food arrived on time, hot and large portions. A added bonus, free prawn crackers and spring rolls. Delivery driver, very polite. Will deffo use again!

   Missed items on order, when we thought it was just the chips they told us they would knock it off the next order. We then realised more items were missing and was told I’m a liar. Have used for years as food is always good but the customer service has been awful lately so went elsewhere. Decided to use tonight as son prefers a certain dish from here. Wish we hadn’t bothered

   Food cold and chips look like they were cooked hours ago. Called to discuss and no customer service skills or resolution. Poor quality food

   We honestly reviewed this business on just eat over a year ago as we waited 2 hours for food for it to arrive and it was stone cold. The restaurant agreed the service was poor and refunded so we could get food elsewhere. Today we tried to order again to give them another chance and they cancelled our order! We tried several times and it kept being cancelled. We phoned and asked why and they said because it was because we left them a poor review a year ago! Are you joking? We left you a poor review based on poor service which you agreed with and now you won’t give yourselves a chance to change our minds?! £60 a month regular order like we used to put in you have lost out on. Disgraceful customer service. Absolutely no way to run a business.

   I've had it a few time was nice. food order was wrong and rang up to swap got the phone put down on me 3 times shouting Chinese language to me. prawn on toast was wet disappointed is a understatement all I wanted was my right dish that's meant to be satay chicken

   Have just had a takeaway for the first time from here & it was lovely! Far nicer than our usual place. Food delivered early and of very good quality plus many free extras like prawn crackers, spring rolls & extra tub of sauce. Would highly recommend, we will be using again. Whilst I was looking to see where I could leave a review I came across the food hygiene status which is 2! I’m so shocked at this as our meal was 100%. Maybe they’ve corrected all that was wrong since then.
