   Avoid! They did not provide an essential service but took the money and did not return it despite multiple emails. The nails started chipping out gradually during the first days after the visit, and they were supposed to last a minimum of 4 weeks. I visited this salon before, and the nails lasted intact for 5 weeks (probably now saving on customers when changing the glue). Also, again, I contacted them multiple times on the phone and online, but I was ignored, so it was not possible to book the appointment (only after raising the complaint was this possible). I will go to the competition but never enter GLOW again. Do not recommend it!

   Used to go here, but not had my nails done for a very long time. Booked it with a month's notice for a wedding, needing extensions. Had to wait for over 20 minutes past my appointment. Was then told that the person doing my nails was an apprentice and couldn't do extensions. They checked the computer and said that it hadn't been booked in for extensions and could only offer me straight gel.I was not happy Going to a wedding with uneven, uncoloured nails. Disappointed doesn't come close

   Had messaged Glow via Facebook messenger around 5pm this evening to see if they had an appointment for builder gel and gel polish on natural nails for either this evening or tomorrow. Was told sadly they didn’t have an appointment but would add me to a cancellation list. Was amazed when they messaged and said they had just had a cancellation and I could go for 7pm! Amazing service. Girls were all lovely, chatty and friendly. Kelle did my nails and I love them! Thanks to Jill and the staff for fitting me in at such short notice. Would highly recommend!

   Used Glow twice for a manicure with Gel polish. First time the polish on two of my nails cracked, on two separate days. Luckily I live just around the corner and on both occasions I was able to pop past and get a repair on the same day. The second manicure lasted for 3 weeks! Glow aims to please and the girls are all very sweet.

   A very friendly and lovely salon. I had Reiki with Jill and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I received the most beautiful and powerful cleansing and healing treatment in a warm, safe and very comfortable environment. Jill is highly knowledgeable and a very special person.

   I booked last week after seeing an offer on Facebook from them. Today I had the Swedish Back, neck and shoulder massage. The room was dark, with petty lights, nice and warm and very relaxing. Rachel was really nice and did a great job, found knots I didn't know I had. Definitely be back again soon. They have offers on there site and Facebook and after 10 visits you get 10% off. It's now open on Mondays.
