I booked for a up hair style for a wedding. Ruby was fantastic, discussed the style I wanted, made suggestions, was friendly and professional. I had an appointment 3 30pm today for eyebrow wax & shape & lip & chin wax. I arrived & they are closed & the shutters are down again. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I'm going on a cruise tomorrow & should have learnt my lesson & booked elsewhere. They even write the phone number down so there is no excuse to not phone me. I don't know why they make appointments as they never run on time & always keep clients that have booked waiting. They don't deserve people's business. It's so frustrating as I can't get them done now.
Little, cosy place. Zara is amazing with her waxing skills. And Ruby has done the most amazing facial for me - my skin is flawless and glowing, as per my colleagues. Returning regularly.
Zara and ruby both do a fantastic job with everything be it nails or hair or wax or anything else that they offer. Ruby did my bridal make up which was absolutely fantastic.
I went to Eden for the first time today after recommendations from a work colleague. Very friendly and warm customer service. Clean environment. I had a Hollywood wax. It was very well done with good results. Staff very professional. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. I will be back.
Went to Eden Salon to get a full face wax, hugely disappointed! Grew my eyebrows for over 2 months only to have my eyebrows threaded really thin with no shape at all! Told the lady who I believe is the manager - Zara that my eyebrows are too thin, wouldn't acknowledge her mistake and insisted it suited me and my face shape. And on top charged me FULL PRICE!!! Definitely not going back ever again!
I went to Eden yesterday to get my roots coloured, pedicure, lash lift and brow lamination. The ladies are both soo professional and do an amazing job. Everything was done to perfection. The pedicure was amazing, the best I’ve ever had. The pedicure station is sooo pretty, felt truely pampered.
