   I recently visited for a facial. One of the therapists didn’t even acknowledge me and the other therapist that provided the treatment wasn’t great either. The whole experience lacked the ‘service’ you would expect from a place like this. There was no explanation, no choice given, awkward response when I was asked if I was getting any other treatments done on my face. The treatment did not target or address the issues that I had raised with the therapist. I just felt like the whole experience lacked what this industry is all about and that’s customer service. Unwelcoming, hurried and I felt like my custom wasn’t valued and as if they were expecting me to not return after my first visit. Which I definitely won’t be after the service I received.

   So dirty. And a salon obviously for the older generation. Water given in a plastic cup. Magazines were old, worn and dirty. Beautician aggressive. Am I the only one who expects to be pampered a little when I go to a beauty salon?
