   Placed order online, payment was taken from my account, then they cancelled my order for zero reason. I now have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back. EDIT: has been well over a week and I haven’t had my refund, company are thieves Don’t waste your time with this place

   This is our local Chinese takeaway at the end of our road. We have lived here 8 years and have tried them all, but always come back to Ocean City. They are the best in Dartford. Great portions, great value, absolutely delicious. Never mess up an order even if the order is huge. Only downside is they don't have card payment facilities.

   Keep adding on pounds here and there. Spend 15 pounds and happy to pau postage . But no wants 6 pounds . Been buying from you for many years . Hope you go under.

   First time with ocean city. I am giving 1star because there's no option of 0 star. After waiting for over an hour, we decided to check if the driver was on the way and only then advised that they're very busy and we should wait for another 40minutes on a Tuesday!!!, very unapologetic customer service and I won't be calling them again or placing any order with them. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

   0 stars if I could, we ordered for delivery. We waited 2 hours, after chasing multiple times. Was reassured our food would be fresh. Driver came, we checked the food, very cold and soggy. Called the shop and was told we could get a refund for the cold items and keep the ones we wanted and the driver would take the refunded items? After 2 hours and reassuring we would get fresh food this was a solution? To take items back? 0 customer service. They don’t know how to manage staff or deal with customers. Poor.
