   I’ve visited this place twice, even though the environment is not particularly clean. The first time, I came for infills and the lady who did them did a good job for a decent price, so I decided to return. This time, I booked a full set of acrylics with a French tip. Unfortunately, the nails turned out chunky and uneven, so I politely asked the young gentleman to correct them. He seemed visibly upset by my request, and his attitude changed. When he finished, he didn’t tell me he was done or even look at me—he simply started talking to the next customer sitting beside me. I found that rude and unprofessional. I still paid, despite leaving with uneven nails, nail polish on my fingers, and a result I am not happy with. He also didn’t say goodbye or wish me a nice day. It was clear he wasn’t pleased that I wasn’t pleased with his work. At the end of the day, I paid for a service I’m not satisfied with, and that’s not okay. I won’t be coming back. Please choose different salon other then this one.

   The staff were extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I arrived — no hello, no explanation, just attitude. During the appointment, they were rough and careless, repeatedly burning me with the electric file, and ignored me when I asked them to stop. Within 30 minutes, the polish had already chipped, and by the next day, one of the nails had fallen off completely. When I returned to ask for a refund or correction, they refused any responsibility and had the nerve to charge me again to fix their own shoddy work. To make matters worse, I later discovered they had given me a fungal infection — clearly a result of poor hygiene and unsterilised tools. This is completely unacceptable and honestly dangerous. Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn’t go back even if it were free.

   My daughter had acrylic nails done here. They did an appalling job which left her with a fungal nail infection which was extremely painful. She went back in one evening but they wouldn’t remove them as it was late. They removed them the next day but were not apologetic and even asked if she’d injured her hand. She has now made a doctors appointment as she has an eye infection too which probably a result of it.

   Partner went and hated the experience - almost cried. They made her nails bleed even after telling them to go easy and then he was rude. This is the same place where they cut my mums toe and it was bleeding. They really need to work on their service.

   Went in yesterday for acrylics and it's the best ones I've had so far. Last time i went in staff weren't talkative and friendly but this time i think there maybe new staff but they were so nice and gave a 5* service. Love my nails thanks!

   Absolutely amazing! So gentle and professional with you! Extremely thorough, my feet are now cleaner than my kitchen sink and have been exfoliated more than anywhere on my body - the best bit is the foot mask with a hot towel which is left over your feet and then a quick massage once it's cooled - whilst sat on a massage chair, I was in heaven! The cuticles are perfect and so is the colour, the owner even made me a coffee at the end as I was waiting for my friend. I'm very happy.

   I had acrylic and shellac done on my finger nails and shellac on my toe nails. A week on and they are still looking great. My finger nails were done well, professionally and in full view on the counter, however, when it came to my toe nails, my foot was lifted onto his lap under the counter, so I couldn't see what was being done until it was finished. Thankfully, it was fine, but this wasn't what I have been used to when having my feet tended to elsewhere. If you like a professional spa-like ambiance, then this isn't the place to visit! During my time there, there were two male staff in the salon. I was the only client for the majority of the time. The salon didn't smell great, as all I could smell was reheated food, no pleasant aromas here.... and the employee who wasn't working sat alongside us watching a football match, with the accompanying commentary and crowd noise, throughout my treatment.
