I came in to have biab infill on existing nails and had a white tip painted on. I left the salon but 2 hours later the builder had started to lift so had to go back for them to redo. I went on holiday the following day and within 3 days the builder was lifting on most of the nails which left really sharp edges as the builder had pulled away. I had no choice but to file them a little so that they would not catch. Reached out to the salon for a refund and no refund given. really unhappy with the service. Understand things can go wrong but how you react to it says a lot

Just been in for a pedicure. Firstly I was quoted £35 over the phone even after explaining exactly what I wanted and that I had grown out gel on my toes. I was charged £40. Then I’ve come out and got near home to notice that 2 toes on my right foot looked smudged on closer inspection the whole right foot was still wet and not cured. I’ve tried to cure it myself and it won’t dry, thus leading me to think base coat was applied instead of top coat. I’ve had to remove this myself with alcohol wipe and re go over the white and put fresh top coat on and fix it myself. The therapist stopped twice to answer phone and deal with another client in the middle of treatment, possibly why mistakes are being made. I’m not local to the salon so I wasn’t prepared to drive all the way back and being my only day off until next Wednesday I’m not leaving it a mess until then. I’ve never had them done this bad before and the therapist was lay on the floor putting the gel on. I’ve had beauty treatments for around 27 yrs and to say I’m disappointed at the least. I’ll wait for the excuses but I’ve took a photo before I had to rectify the nails with the top still tacky and fibre hairs stuck to it probably from my car.

Had full body massage, therapist was very friendly and professional but the atmosphere was not particularly relaxing, when lying on your back the lights are blinding and the radio kept skipping out. I was hoping the massage would have had more effect on my aches and pains but I didn't feel much different to when I arrived. Beautiful decor and friendly staff.

My lovely sister in law had her eyelashes done at peaches and cream for her wedding day but unfortunately they started to fall out in the morning. I couldn’t believe it when I rang to ask if they could take them off for her wedding day and they said sorry they can’t as they’ve got no available appointments! They told us to take them out herself using oil - I’ve since been told she could have ended up getting glue in her eyes doing it herself! The lady who did it told her that if she had any problems to come back the next day just a shame they didn’t keep to their word! Thankfully I rang a lovely beauticians in hale called Paint who fitted us in straight away and didn’t charge her a penny. So disappointed with peaches and cream will never be going back - can’t wait to book into paint
