   Went for a men’s hair cut and asked for a tidy up and to take half to an inch off, he cut 2 inches of hair off and completely changed the style it was in and completely ruined what my hair was. I’ve also got curly hair and he decided to completely straighten it making it look even worse. First time I went it was perfect and that guy listened to what I asked for but this time and this other guy just did whatever he wanted and now my hair is ruined

   I was new to the quay as I moved offices and found this barbershop. Got in with Alex and he has sorted me out every time, I went from once every 3 weeks to once a week now just because the first cut was so sharp I had to keep it up to that standard. Spending more a month on trims but it’s worth it for this shop because they sort you out to the fullest.

   It’s an average salon. I was disappointed with the nails as it took 2.5 hours just to do the prep and base and then the nail art was rushed in 10-15 mins. As you can see the gel is thick/clunky and it’s not really the almond shaped nails I’d requested. Up close the design is messy and looks like blobs rather than suns and stars. However it looks decent from a distance and was relatively ok priced (£43 for the full set). Also my poor nail tech had been working all day- I came at 12:15 and left at ten to 3 so knew neither of us had eaten. She did work really hard bless her but think they need better training.

   This place is incredible. Been coming here now for over a year. Every barber is excellent, all with great attention to detail! I have been going to Nav for the last few months and his haircuts are better than any I have ever had before. I will never use another barber, he is by far the best but all guys that work there are excellent!

   Called on a Wednesday and scheduled an appointment for waxing on a Saturday afternoon. Gave them my name and phone number. They confirmed the booking. Show up today, 10min early. They don't have a beautician on site on Saturdays. This was NOT mentioned at all when I called. And they're claiming I wasn't scheduled, which is false. There's "nothing they can do" and they're "so sorry". Unhelpful I now have no way to get any kind of waxing because everywhere else is booked up. If I could give a 0, I would.

   First time going here and wow was it amazing, all the team are super nice! Andrea was my hairdresser, and was really helpful in advising the best thing for my hair and my style that I wanted. It can sometimes be difficult to know how to ask for you hair to be done so it was great feeling when Andrea went through everything and provided different suggestions. Thanks to the whole team!

   First time visiting this barbershop and from start to finish it was a lovely experience. Faz; the gentleman cutting my hair, was incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout. A clearly experienced barber as his depth of knowledge was clear to see! He offered advice and guidance with my style of hair in particular and was meticulous with his detail of cut. Highly recommend!
