   I am actually sat waiting for my food, which has always been really nice. However, the young man taking the orders is more interested in his phone/social media than the customers. To add to that absolutely no manners!! No please, no thank you. I'm sure your parents working away in kitchen love you! No other reason to have you there.

   Food is great and never disappoints! But they need to change the young guy who takes order. He is bad for business! Very rude and has no customer service training at all. Hangs up before you even finish talking.

   Best Chinese take out east of London. Been a customer here for 10+ years and keep going back. Very rude manager. She mixed up my order and kept me waiting. When I complained she cancelled my order and literally told me to get lost !!! I haven’t been back.

   Customer service is 0/10 Food is 2/10! Very rude and unhelpful. My order was incorrect, I called to let them know I was sent the wrong item and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Hung up without sorting out my order. Then finally after 30 mins of going back & forth I was told they will send the correct order with the driver. 1.5hr later nothing came and the restaurant has said the driver has gone home. Absolutely disgusting service and would not recommend.

   Customer service is 0. The young overweight man who normally takes orders is extremely rude towards customers. The item I order doesn’t come with enough gravy for me, each time I place an order and ask for extra gravy (that I’m willing to pay for) I’m met with resistance. I even asked for it to be placed in a separate container only for them to ignore my request and still give me the same dish. The staff including the cook argued with me about how I want my food that I’m paying for no matter how many times I explained it to them. Would not recommend, there are plenty of other restaurants in the area with better food and service.

   Very very disappointed in their level of service. I wouldn’t spend my hard earned money here. I called back to add extra items to my order and the attitude on the phone was shocking. I have never experienced such service. Disappointing is an understatement

   Wow shocking service. My sons egg fried rice was missing. Phone up and woman shouting. Said they would deliver in five minutes but never showed. Phoned them and they take phone off hook. Husband had to run out and buy him something else. Will never ever use again.
