   Waited 2 hours for a delivery of 3 items and when I called them over 20 times they ignored my calls and even kept hanging up on me. Avoid them like the plague. Jokers

   Extremely poor customer service, placed order through just eat, went past delivery timescale (which was already a long time) and it popped up saying delivered, enjoy your food. Phoned the restaurant as we had received no delivery only to be told they will start cooking it now it will take another 50mins! not acceptable, and I had to almost argue to get a refund. It's quite simple, don't accept orders you can't keep up with! Seems this is a reoccurring theme with this place. I won't be ordering again.

   Soup inedible, triple dose of vinegar, none of us could have a spoonful. Canned vegetables in watery thin sauce with traces of meat. Abysmal food at horrendous prices! This place has been going down rapidly - it was definitely our last order!

   Placed an order at 5.30pm for delivery at 6.50pm, didn't arrive until after 8pm and when I spoke to the restaurant, they kept telling me that the driver "left a few minutes ago" and "will be with you soon". I asked for a partial refund and they denied it by saying that they weren't expecting to be so busy. Very unreliable and not worth the money spent.

   Gave my hole household food poisoning. It was all completely greasy. Waiting nearly 2 hours for the food. Didn’t have no taste to it. No one even ate hardly anything.. I gave this to my children now they have food poisoning!!!

   My go to Chinese takeaway and probably the best in all of gravesend, I suggest if you want something cheap go for their meal deals However was does P me off a little is when they close their just eat page when they take someone’s order so you either have to wait or order from elsewhere which is not good for business

   I live on the same road as this takeaway. Ordered aromatic duck, mixed hourderve, salt and pepper squid and special fried rice. I had to walk back over and back the said dish as it was like rubber and in eatable. Duck was dry and tasteless the salad was dry mixed houderves was crimated and heard the microwave pinging in waiting room. Disgusting do not order from here

   Their food is tasty but with too much oil. I walked into the food joint and ask for order number 121 without their special fried rice and specifically told the shop less oil but they ended up giving me almost a laddle of oil. The oil was seen all over the food. If you are thinking of a low fat diet do not waste your time visiting this place.

   Love this place we have ordered here several times now and every time it has been much nicer than other Chinese takeaways we have tried in this area. They always listen to our order notes and always have friendly delivery drivers who find our notoriously difficult address every time without needing directions. They are so polite and friendly and no matter how busy they are always deliver fresh and tasty food. Will not order Chinese from anywhere else now!
