   I was searching from previous 11 months for a perfect haircut and eyebrows shape … came from Pakistan .. tried 2 3 places but not satisfied then one of my friend told me about the Kiran at primark .. I went there and literally she solved all my problems .. gave me a look I was craving for..she is amazing.. you can trust her skills blindly… also she is very kind and understanding..

   Hi, I’ve been coming here regularly for threading and have always been satisfied with the quality of the services. I have always recommended to my friends. The salon is clean, the staff are welcoming, and appointments usually run on time. Staffing levels are great, plenty of appointments available. It’s a great experience, all the staff member’s are always so polite, professional, and skilled.

   If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst lash lift and tint experience for all three of us, and somehow every single treatment failed. Icontacted customer service multiple times and was completely ignored. We paid £135 and there was absolutely no visible difference before and after the treatment everyone around us confirmed this. If anything they made my lashes scrunched up for over a month and a lot fell out before it wore off. I’ve never written a negative review before and tried to resolve this directly with the business, but after being ignored by email more than once, I feel compelled to share this experience. A complete waste of money and extremely disappointing service.

   Hi, I’ve been coming here regularly for threading and have always been satisfied with the quality of the services. The salon is clean, the some staff are welcoming, and appointments usually run on time. The only small downside is that the music can get a bit too loud at times, which can give me a headache. Other than that, it’s a great experience especially with Kiran who is the best staff member there, who is always so polite, professional, and skilled. She truly deserves 5 stars from my side. She is best.xxx

   Had my appointment booked in with Malaika today. I personally wouldn’t recommend her at all. Kiran had attended me previously and she is just marvellous. Malaika is very rough handed and rude, inspite of telling her continuously that I am not happy with the speed of her service as she was super quick and not personal which made me feel uncomfortable, she never heard me. I had my appointment booked in for eyebrows and upper lips, , felt like she did it just for the sake of it and left my face unclean after the session. I would definetly come in here but wouldn’t go for Malaika ever. My worst experience so far.

   The girls are always so nice and they do a great job every single time. I love doing my eyebrows there, the threading treatment gives an amazing final result! Always punctual and quick too. Easy to book online and I always get the 5 treatments offer when it's out.

   I always go to Primark beauty studio and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! I paid for several appointments as part of their bulk offer where you got one free and I just call on the day ask them when they're free roughly, get booked in for a brow tint and thread and they're done in less than 10mins! They're lovely to chat to and haven't got them wrong once! Love to all the girls that work there!:)

   Been there few times. First time I left with lovely nails, but it just went downhill from there. Poor hygiene - using the same gloves for more than one customer and also swapping from one customer to another and back to you just because it’s quicker for them. Deluxe manicure leaves you bleeding or skinless in some places. Last time my nails looked fine in their bright salon light, but after I left I noticed how badly it was done. The ladies there are never too friendly, so not a single positive thing I can actually say about this place.

   FURIOUS! Absolutely furious at the service I just received. I’m bleeding everywhere, literally all my fingers have blood on them after getting a simple gel manicure from here. Oh and the best part is they didn’t even have a plaster to give me, shouldn’t there be plasters just in case of accidents? Or a first aid kit since you’re using sharp objects? Nevermind me bleeding off every finger and acting like it’s normal and not a big deal. Each cut is literally burning. Still so furious but can you blame me!
