   Avoid at all costs. I decided to pay a bit extra and attend this salon in order to get my hair as healthy as I could. They dyed my hair the complete wrong colour, then when they tried to lift it to improve it, the chemicals caused so much damage that I've had massive breakage. This place was great when it was Razors Edge but the new takeover has ran it into the ground. If you care about your hair, don't go here.

   I had the pleasure of meeting Natasha today!First time walking into a hair salon in a while ! I’m usually super anxious and find the experience can be overwhelming sometimes. However going in with no expectations and walking out feeling like I’ve got my spark back has change my whole outlook. All thanks to a beautiful team at James Roberts. It was lovely to have Natasha be excited for your hair journey, make your hair look like a dream and also have a laugh with! It was a gorgeous experience inside and out! Couldn’t recommend enough !    Stylist was Daniel. My first time at James Roberts and Daniel did an excellent job cutting my very thick hair so in my book he's a very good hairdresser. Very attentive, polite, listened to what I wanted, wasn't pushy. Really pleased and will definitely be back. Good atmosphere in the Salon overall with a friendly team.

   Went in for the first time and was met with Dominik and Jacob, both absolute sweethearts. Dominik was phenomenal, he was kind and patient when explaining what hairstyle would suit me best - exactly what you want from your hairdresser. I have short hair and usually it's hard to get right, but he made it look fantastic!! Couldn't be happier, I'm happy to see a hairdresser who cuts your hair with so much detail, like they're cutting their own. Jacob was a sweetheart as well, he washed my hair delicately and we had a great chat. Looking forward to coming back and seeing these two!

   Dominik was fantastic. Explained everything from the texture and health of my hair and how to treat, to products best suited for me. The cut and blowdry is the best I’ve had. Many hairdressers (and I’ve been to many globally - high end and low end) don’t know how to manage my hair, but Dominik took time to understand it, explain and give me a beautiful hairstyle. My new regular! Thank you!

   Dominik was incredible. I usually put off going to the hairdressers as it gives me anxiety but thought I would try James Roberts after reading many good reviews and Dominik made me feel so at ease, he was friendly, professional, extremely skilled and made my hair look healthier than it has in years! He also gave me really helpful tips to maintain this and I will be back again a lot sooner than how long I usually leave it. Thank you for making me feel relaxed and for giving me a cut I am truly happy with.
