   I visited Lakeside Chopsticks today at around 16:30. The shop was extremely busy, yet there was only one staff member serving. The lady working, Syeda, was very good with customers and remained polite and professional throughout. However, she was clearly struggling because she was working alone during a busy time. It felt unfair to put that level of pressure on one person. I wanted to raise this not as a criticism of the staff member, but as a concern about staffing levels during busy periods. Syeda did her best, but she should not have been left to manage alone. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration. Kind regards Jesmin

   Great atmosphere, great food and most importantly great staff. They honestly bright up the place shout out to Barbara and Fatiha, the food tasted much better knowing it was made with love and laughter. Give these women a raise already. Thank you so kindly, I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended. Barbara and Fatiha definitely are a highlight of this place for sure.

   Even though you get a little less these days with the noodles and especially when you choose the same item twice in your deal its still really good tasting food. The no beef teriyaki and the little chicken chunks were really good and tasty. Always really nice. Just needed to remember to ask if customer has the app rather than being distracted trying to call someone you want from across the room. Apart from that always good service and helpful with advice and knowledge when ordering.

   I visited Chopstix today during lunchtime. The food was absolutely delicious, and I really enjoyed it! The portion size could have been a bit bigger for the price, and the customer service could use some improvement. Overall, though, my experience was very good, and I’ll definitely return when I’m at Lakeside Shopping Centre again."

   Me and my family had dinner yesterday from chopsticks and it was a total waste of money. We wanted to eat egg fried rice and without telling us that the rice is finished the guy started to serve us noodles. The noodles were soggy, taste was not nice at all. We just ate it to fill our stomach. Some we had to throw in the bin. So was very disappointed with both the customer service and the food.

   Food was well cooked however noodles bit over done,, and everything too dry. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and when I asked for a bit more of the sauce they said they weren't aloud to give more sauce, just curry sauce. Why would I want curry sauce with sweet and sour! Had to buy sweet chilli sauce from KFC next door.

   Asked to speak to a manager to be accosted by a member of staff who flew into a rage assuming i wanted to speak to a manager about her, she detailed how they had a huge que, a team member was pregnant and they had low stock in front of a big que of customers. No manager appeared to be present, and no one appeared in control. All I had a question about was allergy related. Honestly this is the worst experience and customer service I have ever seen. Usually the food here is good but the attitude of this staff member has lost a customer for life.

   I am regular Chinese food lover but this one is total waste. The noodles are so soggy like a paste, chicken tastes like soya chunk. Worst part is customer service serving lady was so miserable and rude. I will never go to this place again. 500ml water bottle is £1.70 very expensive.
