Cancelled order after 2.5 hours wait. Yes I get it's busy, but that's ridiculous and blaming the customer is absurd. Turn off just eat if you can't fulfill the orders.
as part of my 60 pound order, it was supposed to have a pot of curry sauce and a sweet n sour sauce that I payed for but was missing out of the order. When I rang up to tell them. I got insulted by being told to check again to make sure it wasn’t there. Then I got told it my house was too far away to send just sauces out. After convincing them to deliver the sauces. They never ended up turning up. When I rang back after an hour of not eating my food. They stopped answering the phone to me. Terrible customer service. Won’t be using them again. Shame as the food is good…….when it arrives
Order never arrived through just eat, and 37 unanswered calls to the restaurants makes this a place I'll never attempt to use again.
Ordered through Uber Eats, not the first time. Generally food has been decent. Except delivery time is awful. Past ordered have often been at least an hour. Tonight was 2 and half hours. Called the phone number multiple times with no answer. Left a message and got a call back. Made excuses about being traffic jams, no traffic issues on the road, and driver be 5 mins etc. I called and cancelled the order, low and behold it turns up 20mins later. Won't be using this place again.
Simply dreadful. The worst Chinese I think I’ve ever eaten. Undercooked chips, stale prawn crackers. The ribs were inedible and the food was bland and just really unappealing. Literally threw away 80% of the food.
Just ordered a takeaway from here. Very disappointed. It arrived cold. Very strange chilli beef. No flavour. Shared it with 4 people. I never said how bad it was until other people who were eating commented. Chow mien was like rubber. Sorry guys. What went wrong? Lady on the phone was so nice. Will not use you again
Do not order from this place. We order on xmas eve as a treat and had saved up to get it. We made an order of £45 and it never turned up. We waited 2 hours and in the end we had to give our kids a ham sandwich as it was already passed thier bed time on xmas eve. Order was confirmed at 6:28pm and 8pm i was calling 58 times to be exact and it was just line busy. At 9pm it then said restaurant was closed. Couldnt even get a refund to order from somewhere else
Ordered on just eat at 5:08pm food still hasn't arrived phoned over 100 times and no answer just saying busy Was told on just eat app it would come between 6:20-6:40 now 7:37 and still not here
Dreadful. Cold. No sweet and sour sauce with prawn balls. Spring rolls which we had not ordered and pork slices so tough we couldn't cut them with a knife, let alone chew them. Chilli beef so hot with chilli that we couldn't eat it. Threw most of it away.
