Great food, speedy delivery, very consistent. We have used this takeaway for over 3 years now by ordering through 'JustEat', and have never had any issues to date.
Ordered takeaway this evening over the phone for delivery. Did explain to person on phone that the last two orders we’ve had problems with; items been wrong and on one occasion charged twice on debit card. This time when food arrived the chow mein was not large as requested and no free prawn crackers (which have always been given on orders over a certain amount). Phoned to explain that only given a regular chow mein rather than a large only to be told that although ordered large was only charged regular so if wanted another one would have to pay. I explained this was their mistake and feel we should be compensated especially as we did not request refunds on past errors. Appreciate the person on phone may not have the authority to do this so I requested to speak to the manager and for his name but was rudely denied. I feel that being a loyal customer of 30 years, throughout several changes of management, I was treated very badly with no apology or chance to speak with the manager despite hearing him in the background refusing to give his name or speak to me. I have no other choice but to leave this review after three disappointing experiences.
Staff got my order wrong. When called, I got told to come back to the store to fix THEIR error and that they refused to deliver to me. Mediocre food, awful service. Didn’t even give me the correct change. Awful.
Stuck in between my guest's teeth, Had to wait an hour just to get food. Noodles came burnt, chicken was extremely dry, Overloaded onions and mushrooms in my order, Food had unimaginably disgusting smell when opening the containers/tupperware. A refunded has been submitted through Justeat.
Must have changed recipes or such as the food was terrible. Sorry but had to throw it away.
Ordered a fair amount of food for the 4 of us and it arrived piping hot and 10 minutes early. Really tasty and well priced.
If I could give this a minus score i would .. Disgusting Food - most of which tasted like it had been sat about for ages - When complaining the owner said he didn't care - Take note of all these reviews - I'll go back to using new plentiful in Hornchurch , where the food is great and staff are friendly and appreciative of custom - avoid like
Horrendous service! The delivery driver delivered it to the wrong house. Was waiting 30mins for a delivery that should've taken 2mins. Prosperity was rude when i informed them about the mistake the driver had made insisting we were lying about it. But was proven wrong, when they spoke to the driver. When we got our food after 50mins not even a good will gesture!! Been a loyal customer of 20 years but since the change of owners standards have dropped so much. Disgusting customer service and atrocious delivery service. Will not be going back there!
Went in for a take away. While I was waiting for my food, I realise food was stored under the sink not covered! Really disgusting.... No wonder people get viruses!
